Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain regular communication with top clients via email or text, with handwritten thank-you notes sent to top clients monthly.
- Attend monthly staff meetings to discuss sales performance, inventory status, and client requests.
- Collaborate with other staff members on creative ideas, client outreach initiatives, and social media efforts.
- Perform various social media tasks such as adding new arrivals to the Instagram stories daily
- Provide feedback and insights to management regarding client preferences, product demand, and market trends to inform purchasing and merchandising decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on current runway and designer trends and continuously pursue self-education regarding brands, designers, price points, and fashion history to enhance the selling experience.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining a positive attitude, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service, and representing the brand professionally at all times.
- Perform opening and closing duties for assigned shifts, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning mirrors and windows, deep straightening racks, and taking out the trash.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including steaming and tagging new merchandise, conducting merchandise counts, and merchandising product displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-maintained store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to cash handling, returns, exchanges, and store security measures.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales and clienteling, preferably in high-end environments such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, or upscale boutiques

Job Summary:
Loaner & Consignment Tray Coordination: Serve as the point person for managing all incoming and outgoing loaners and consignment trays.
Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy, completeness, and integrity of tray contents before and after sterilization.

Position Summary
The Director of Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all print and digital marketing for five Ahlers Group companies. This position requires a seasoned, strategic marketer with a refined luxury sensibility, strong digital and SEO expertise, and experience managing multi-channel campaigns in a high-end and/or auction environment. This position will report directly to the President/CEO.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy, Leadership & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals across all Ahlers Group brands
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and visual standards across print, digital, and social platforms
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership on marketing priorities, budgets, and performance goals
- Manage and mentor a growing marketing staff and interns

Digital Marketing & SEO

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in SEO strategy and keyword development, particularly within niche or high-value markets

Role: Senior Controls Engineer
Blue Ash, OH or Remote
- Controls Engineer Skills:
- One needs experience programming PLCs to support Material Handling Equipment (i.e., conveyors, sorters, automated storage and retrieval systems, order picking technologies, and print/apply and weighing systems) operations within a distribution center. Also understanding equipment requirements, business and customer requirements that drive the design of the technical solutions.
- It’s definitely not general material handling or general warehouse distribution knowledge. One must use Ladder Logic Programming skills to develop PLC software for complex machines and systems via communications interface to external systems such as servers, scanners, scales, etc.
- The Senior Controls Engineer & Mid-Controls Engineer level program all the time. When they are in the office creating programs for a project, it is strictly all programming. When they are at the job site commissioning the system, it is a mix of troubleshooting and changing the programs as necessary. They do need to know how to program from scratch. We exclusively use Allen Bradley (Rockwell) PLC’s and Studio 5000 software.
- MAS provides server-based software and electrical controls to manage & control automated distribution systems for the warehousing industry. Utilizing conveyor systems along with other automation hardware, MAS provides solutions which optimize unloading, receipt of product, flow, storage, retrieval, picking, sorting, order processing, packaging, labeling and shipment of inventory—then properly integrate those processes to customer’s computer systems (WMS, WES, ERP, etc.).
- These solutions are utilized by numerous major retailers through the United States for their store and direct to consumer (.com) order fulfillment. Some clients include Macy’s, Ebay, Gap, GEODIS, Hot Topic, Limited Brands (Bath and Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, etc.), DSW Shoes, Skechers, Costco, Cabberras, etc.

We’re hiring an enthusiastic, self-motivated Field Sales Account Manager based in Phoenix, AZ to exclusively sell our beloved Discount School Supply® and Really Good Stuff® brands. This is a 100% field-based role serving PreK–6 public sector customers (school districts, Head Start, early learning centers, and state-funded programs) throughout the greater Phoenix, AZ and surrounding region.

Your Role: Field Sales Account Manager (Phoenix-Based)
You’ll be on the front lines of our mission to enrich educational experiences for young learners across Arizona. Here’s what the role entails:
Responsibilities
Market Mastery: Dive deep into the Arizona public education landscape with a focus on Early Elementary (PreK–6). Understand purchasing cycles, competitive dynamics, state and federal funding, and budgetary factors.
Strategic Account Management: Build and execute account plans for school districts and early childhood programs. Become a trusted advisor to administrators, curriculum directors, and procurement teams.
Product Expertise: Master our PreK–6 product lines and demonstrate how they solve real classroom challenges.
Compelling Presentations: Deliver engaging in-person presentations and hands-on product demos that win hearts and budgets.
Tailored Proposals: Create customized bids and quotations that meet Arizona public-sector purchasing requirements.
Collaboration Hub: Partner with marketing, customer service, and product teams to keep our offerings aligned with Arizona educators’ needs.
Sales Targets Champion: Consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual goals while keeping leadership informed of progress.
Regulatory Savvy: Stay current on Arizona education funding (Title I, Pre-K grants, ESSER, etc.), procurement rules, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in PreK–6 public sector or early education required (experience selling into large Arizona school districts is a major plus)
- Familiarity with educational products and services tailored for Early Elementary
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt strategies based on market data
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Solid knowledge of public-sector procurement and education policy in Arizona
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily throughout the Phoenix metro and surrounding areas (mileage reimbursed)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong advantage
Location:
Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix, AZ area (no remote option — this is a field-based role).
