Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Senior Training Manager is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of all training programs within gaming operations. This role drives operational excellence by developing high-performing teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience. The position requires a hands-on leader who can supervise, coach, and mentor a team, while collaborating with executives and operational leaders to meet strategic business objectives.

Primary Tasks:

1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of training professionals to deliver effective training programs aligned with brand standards, industry regulations, and company goals.
2. Design, deploy, and evaluate training programs for all gaming operations, including onboarding, train-the-trainer programs, and ongoing associate development.
3. Visit assigned departments to validate training systems, processes and operational standards.
4. Collaborate and work with executives, operational leaders, and functional management teams to assess ongoing and future training & development as well as effectiveness of established programs.
5. Manage and oversee training programs and processes for new hires, existing associates, and new openings.
6. Track and report on training effectiveness using KPIs such as associate performance, engagement, and operational compliance metrics.
7. Manage training budgets, resources, and tools, including LMS platforms, e-learning programs, and multimedia training materials.
8. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives with broader organizational goals, process improvements, and leadership development programs.
9. Mentor and develop future training leaders within the organization.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years of directly related experience.
• Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Windows XP, including computer-based cash handling experience.
• Proficiency with e-learning techniques

Role Description

This part-time role as the U9 Girls Soccer Coach is based in Brooklyn, NY. The coach will oversee training sessions, provide individualized player development, and lead the girl's soccer team during practices and games (no competition yet). Additional responsibilities include developing game strategies, fostering team cohesion, facilitating skill improvement, and mentoring players to build confidence and sportsmanship. The coach will work closely with parents and other staff to ensure an inclusive and supportive experience for all players.

Schedule

• Tuesday & Thursday Practice | 4-5:30pm in Bedstuy
• Coach must be available to pick kids up from school starting at 2:30pm and walk them over to practice.
• Sunday in-house scrimmages (mornings indoors bedstuy)

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Soccer Coaching and Football, with experience in leading training sessions and managing team dynamics.
• Proven ability in Communication and coaching, necessary for effectively mentoring players and collaborating with staff and parents.
• A background in Education and Coaching to develop structured training programs and instill core values like discipline and teamwork.
• Passion for soccer and commitment to creating a positive and encouraging environment for players.

Certified Athletic Trainer – Sports Secondary School Setting

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer to partner with local high school athletic programs. This role provides direct support to student-athletes during practices, games, and select away events, with a focus on injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation. You’ll work closely with coaches, athletic directors, and healthcare providers to ensure the safety and performance of athletes.

Schedule: Primarily after-school, evenings, nights, and weekends during the academic year. Summer hours may include camp coverage (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site coverage for practices and games, including football and other sports.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Day Camp Counselor is responsible for leading and implementing engaging and fun activities for youth grades Kindergarten to 7th, in a small group setting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

What will you do?

• Assist department supervisors in maintaining inventory and delivering product orders to various places. 

• Ensure proper HACCP food monitoring process documentation when receiving and storing food products. 

• Deliver food, beverage, and other products throughout the venue, in an efficient and timely manner. 

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas in accordance with company regulations. 

• Report all needed repairs to the supervisor. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

More about you

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Ability to work cooperatively with others. 

• Basic math skills for counting inventory. 

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. 

• Must be at least 18 years old. 

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift/move/maneuverer up to 165 pounds. 

• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility. 

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift. 

• Exposed to varying outdoor temperatures depending on the season.
