Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.

Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting. Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary. Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with resident, health care providers, and the public. Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team. Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Counsels residents, family members and/or resident advocate, under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider or physician on prevention and treatment plans. Knowledge of resident education principles to develop a self-care program. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Registered Nurse Float Pool
In collaboration with the patient, the patient’s family, and other members of the health care team, the Float Pool Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, evaluating, planning, implementing, and coordinating a treatment plan and achieving the goals of the various nursing departments. You serve as a key position of the assigned team and will hold responsibility for achieving positive patient and departmental outcomes.
What you will do in this role, based on your float area:
- You will maintain overall accountability/responsibility for assigned patients.
- You will have the ability to respond to Code Blue within the facility and initiate protocol, special procedures and cardiac monitoring.
- You will manage efficient flow of patients including screening, preparation for exam, providing general nursing care, and arranging or testing and admissions.
- You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
- You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results.
- You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
- You will check rooms daily for necessary supplies.

You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Warehouse Returns: You will be operating material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse. You will be matching item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, checking in returned product and tagging it appropriate. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.
Shipping: You’ll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You’ll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go.
Please note, as an SC2 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as needed.

An Automotive product manufacturing company is seeking an Entry level Bilingual English/Spanish Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Garden Grove, CA. This position is responsible for developing new clients as well as maintaining existing clients. A bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of Outside Sales Experience, ability to travel domestically and internationally (Mexico & Texas- 1x a month), and at least conversational Spanish are required. This is a full-time, in-person, exempt position, with bonus, excellent benefits including 401K.
Entry level Bilingual English/Spanish Outside Sales Representative Duties:
-Compiles list of prospective customers for use as leads, from many different sources; i.e. internet, linked-in, business directories, networking, etc.
-Travels through assigned territory to call on established and prospective customers to solicit orders or communicate with customers on their sales floor or via phone.
-Displays or demonstrates products using samples and/or catalogs to emphasize sellable features.
-Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
-Obtains credit information on prospective customers and forwards findings to home office.
-Provides pertinent information to customers upon securing orders; such as, estimated/actual date of delivery, confirmation of number of parts ordered, contact person’s information (if other than self), etc.
-Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
-Oversee key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
Entry level Bilingual English/Spanish Outside Sales Representative Skills:
-Must have a bachelor’s degree
-Must be able to speak conversational Spanish
-Must have 2+ years of Outside Sales experience
-Must be able to travel internationally frequently for work (Mexico & Texas 1x a month)
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Driver's License with Clear Record
