We’re seeking a Survey Programmer or Senior Survey Programmer to program and manage our surveys in Forsta Plus. This is a great opportunity to use your skills to make a positive social impact. Work for an independent evaluation consulting company on projects in public health topics such as tobacco control, chronic disease prevention, systems change, and health equity. We welcome applicants from anywhere in the U.S., with the option to work remotely or from our Minneapolis office.

In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering survey projects that inform and improve public health programs. You’ll be responsible for programming, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and data management. You’ll work closely with project managers to design and build surveys for web and phone and troubleshoot technical issues. Responsibilities

• Program, test, and launch complex surveys with logic, piping, and customization using Forsta Plus.
• Oversee the successful execution of rolling program evaluation survey studies and statewide surveillance, ensuring high-quality performance and efficiency.
• Optimize surveys for responsiveness and compatibility across devices and browsers.
• Program settings for effective web and CATI surveying, including writing scheduling scripts for interviewers.
• Drive the transition from the current CATI system to Forsta Plus, including the development and initialization of associated processes.
• Manage data flows in and out of Forsta Plus.
• Serve as a technical leader responsible for identifying gaps and troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor and report on survey metrics (e.g., response rates, quality control measures) and use data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure surveys meet project goals.
• Develop and document survey protocols, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in survey programming, experience with Forsta Plus (Decipher or Confirmit) is preferred. 8+ years for the Senior Survey Programmer position.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Strong understanding of survey logic, skips, and start/end blocks
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience managing data flows and databases
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Survey Technician to support land surveying operations. The ideal candidate will assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing field data for boundary, topographic, construction, and engineering surveys. This role requires a strong understanding of surveying principles, proficiency with survey instruments and software, and the ability to work effectively in both field and office environments.

• Set up and operate total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, levels, drones, and other surveying instruments in a fashion consistent with accepted rules and practices.
• Assist in construction layout and data collection
• Assist in topographic, boundary and site survey tasks.
• Assist in boundary document research at courthouses.
• Maintain detailed and accurate field notes.
• Perform basic calculations from field note data, and read, interpret and use topographic maps and design drawings
• Demonstrate understanding of basic survey or CAD computer applications
• Download and process raw data from field instruments
• Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
• Experience with AutoCAD

Compensation:

$30/hr to $35/hr.

We are seeking a skilled Survey Instrument Operator to support all phases of MEP surveying, including construction site, deck, and interior layout. This role is essential to ensuring accuracy and efficiency on active construction projects using Trimble Total Station technology.

Position Summary

The Survey Instrument Operator assists with layout and surveying activities while utilizing Trimble robotic Total Stations and software to support electrical and MEP construction operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of construction surveying experience
• Strong electrical layout and blueprint reading skills
• Proficiency with Trimble robotic Total Stations, leveling, and control points
• Experience with Trimble Field Link, Trimble Connect, Outlook, and Excel
• CAD and electrical installation experience a plus
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Ability to travel to job sites and work flexible schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate Total Station equipment
• Perform point location and stakeout per electrical drawings
• Accurately record and transfer survey data using Trimble software
• Submit daily reports and coordinate with project teams
• Maintain survey instruments and vehicles
• Follow all job site safety standards

Prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals as well as other medications to patients and performs the diagnostic study per physician orders.

Essential Functions:

• Reviews patient history and physician's orders.

Education/Certification:

• Two (2) year certificate, Associate degree and/or Bachelor's degree.
• Graduate of a Program Discipline in Nuclear Medicine Required; bachelor's degree Preferred
• Current Radiation Operator Certificate in current state. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
