Position Overview-
Reporting to the Workforce & Industry Outreach Manager, the Workforce Development Coordinator executes ESSโ recruitment outreach and pipeline development efforts across schools, community organizations, and workforce partners. Working in a merit shop heavy civil construction environment, this role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and Safety to align outreach activity with current and future hiring needs.

- Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
- Actively pursue contractual โChange Ordersโ from โprice and proceedโ CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
- Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.
