Personal Injury Attorney

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year

Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite), Direct Hire

LHH is partnering with a well-established Arizona personal injury law firm seeking a motivated Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Attorney with at least one year of plaintiff PI experience. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about client service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven to achieve strong results on behalf of injured clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, briefs, motions, and supporting filings.
• Conduct legal research and produce clear, persuasive legal writing.
• Handle pre-litigation cases, including investigations, client communication, and demand preparation.
• Draft legal documents across all phases of the case lifecycle.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and case resolution discussions.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution while maintaining excellent client communication and service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ years practicing law with a plaintiff personal injury focus.
• Strong academic credentials with a proven employment history in a related field.
• Passion for client satisfaction and ability to inspire strong team performance and morale.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage caseloads, and work independently.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
