As we lead the Client-IT organization through its Agile Product Transformation, these critical consulting roles will require a blend of technical expertise, coaching and change management skills, and deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
The role involves hands-on coaching, mentoring, and guiding product teams, product leaders, and stakeholders in their Agile adoption journey.

You will work closely with partners to build AgentCore-powered solutions that leverage agent orchestration, memory, tool
integration, and identity management capabilities, positioning AWS as the choice for enterprise agentic AI workloads.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical depth in agentic AI architectures, and business development
acumen. You will help partners understand and capitalize on the AgentCore value proposition β including its managed runtime, built

The Opportunity
Working under general supervision in accordance with specific procedures and practices, may perform a combination of assembly, weld, x-ray, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, electronic systems, and related medical device assemblies. Performs routine assignments with detailed instructions. Follows general instructions for routine work and more detailed instructions for new or special activities. Performs assignments of moderate complexity; usually refers more complex problems to immediate supervisor, lead or more senior level personnel from within the assigned department.
What Youβll Work On :
- Performs Electronic Assembly functions: Assembles, welds, solders and x-rays medical devices and related parts using microscopes and applicable tools;
- Locates and corrects problems by examining x-rays and performing visual inspection of parts; Repairs and tests units using computerized test equipment.
- Performs Casting/Coating functions: Examines medical devices and related assemblies after molding operations to locate bubbles, nicks and/or excess epoxy; Utilizes small drills, reamers, taps and knives to access bubbles and remove excess epoxy; Patches and repairs bubbles or voids using syringes and small tools; bakes parts to cure epoxy patches.
- Performs Mechanical Assembly functions: Kits, assembles, bonds coats and processes medical devices and related parts using microscopes and applicable tools; Locates and corrects problems by examining devices and components and visually inspecting parts/assemblies; Repairs and corrects devices and related components using microscopes and applicable tools.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant training/experience in the assembly of digital/analog circuitry, devices, components or equivalent.
- Experience must include at least one year in the bio-medical field or experience working in an air-conditioned clean room manufacturing environment requiring stringent environmental controls. Demonstrated manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
- Demonstrated use of standard hand tools used in the assembly of bio-instruments/bio-devices. Incumbents are required to work cooperatively and productively with others. Demonstrated ability to effectively integrate information from to varied disciplines including Engineering, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Must be able to multi-task and rotate through all jobs performed in the assigned work group as needed. Incumbents must also be able to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
- Incumbents are required to have demonstrated spelling, punctuation, grammar, basic math/numerical, organizational skills, and a familiarity with standard manufacturing/office equipment and procedures. The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is also required; this requirement includes clear, understandable speech and demonstrated comprehension skills. The ability to successfully pass a reading comprehension pre-employment examination is mandatory.

Job Summary
The Sales & Client Experience Manager supports the Salon Director in all efforts to achieve the sales and client experience goals for the Beverly Hills Flagship Salon. The three primary focus areas are the coaching and development of the Sales Executives and Sales Support staff, consistently delivering all HW Beverly Hills clients and prospects the most elevated experience, and supporting the Salon Director and Sales Executives in developing and executing action plans to deliver sales growth. The Sales & Client Experience Manager will also be expected to manage all aspects of the salon in the absence of the Salon Director.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Sales & Sales Support:
- Participates in the development and successful achievement of the salon sales plan.
- Mentors, coaches, and supports the Sales Executives in the planning and execution of strategic action plans to drive sales.
- Responsible for maintaining and enforcing compliance with the rotation (UP) system, ensuring proper selling floor coverage and managing client appointment requests.
- Ensures that the Salon Assistant team is engaged in every client presentation and able to add value from a selling standpoint by pulling and gathering merchandise as directed, listening and anticipating Sales Executive needs, and helping ensure that every client opportunity is maximized.

Merchandising & Display:
- Assists the Salon Director in monitoring sales professional and client feedback, as well as product sell-through reports. Maintains frequent dialogue with the Merchandise Planning department to optimize inventory for business needs.
- Leads weekly meetings to discuss and gather product needs, missed opportunities, and client wish lists.
- Manages all product requests related to client opportunities and ensures requests are handled in a timely and precise manner.
- Ensures that the Salon Assistant team supports daily setup and merchandise pulls and that visual displays and merchandising comply with HW directives and standards.
- Oversees daily floor counts and ensures accuracy and adherence to company policy.
Management:

- Trains and oversees the performance of the Salon Assistant team.
- Motivates and supports staff development, including onboarding, sales training, and client development.
- Maintains the Salon Assistant schedule to ensure proper coverage.
Job Qualifications
- Strong luxury retail background (minimum 10β12 years)
- 3β5 years of luxury retail management experience, preferably in a boutique or salon environment
- Gemstone, jewelry, and timepiece knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- College degree
- GG (Graduate Gemologist) certification strongly preferred
