The Critical Care Nursing Float Pool team provides patient care and support for a variety of patients on our Critical Care units. Nurses in this department would work as a part of a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to participate in rounds on their patients.
ICU nurse to patient ratios are 1:1 or 1:2 based on acuity and the units are staffed with a charge nurse and Health Unit Coordinator 24/7. According to Health System needs, may also float to intermediate/stepdown areas throughout the hospital with a 1:3-1:6 ratio based on acuity.

The Credit Analyst is responsible for preparing accurate corporate financial spreads, analyzing financial statements, and underwriting commercial and other credit facilities. This role supports lending and credit leadership by developing detailed credit analysis reports used by lending officers and Credit Committees to evaluate and approve credit requests for domestic and international borrowers. - Provide preliminary assessments on whether proposed or existing loans fall within established credit policy guidelines.
- Assist senior credit staff and the Chief Credit Officer with analysis, reporting, and departmental initiatives.
- Assist in organizing Credit Committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
- Prepare credit monitoring and portfolio reports for internal leadership and head-office reporting.
- Cross-train in loan documentation review and finance department functions as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with OFAC regulations, a responsibility shared by all employees.
- Support additional projects or assignments as directed by the Chief Credit Officer.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or Mathematics required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial spreading and underwriting commercial credit transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial spreading or credit analysis systems such as CreditLens or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and assess credit risk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear credit memoranda and reports.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
- The role requires sustained attention to detail, financial analysis, and documentation review, including extended periods of reading, typing, and numerical analysis.

SUMMARY: Assist in daily operations of the Rotogravure press.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Participates in training, embrace concepts of and actively practice the STOP Safety Program fundamentals to aid American Packaging Corporation's efforts to achieve a zero-accident rate.
- Retrieves all necessary set up information/specifications/guidelines and follows instructions on the job jacket.
- Completes all machine changeover/set-up processes minimizing machine downtime and meeting or exceeding set-up standard requirements. Develop set up procedure documentation as required.
- Correctly completes daily production sheets, process condition sheets, waste logs, final release forms, ink paperwork and quality inspection logs. Ensure job order information (size, construction, print position, packing instructions, adhesive structures, proper substrates being used) corresponds with the product being manufactured.
- Safely, efficiently and effectively assists with the assigned production machinery equipment monitoring quality, production and waste adhering to all customer specifications.
- Ensures immediate work area and work areas for which Machine Operator has responsibility are free of clutter and debris. Perform all cleaning/sanitation responsibilities, safely using all required cleaning solutions and protective equipment.
- Removes rolls from rewind, hangs rolls on rewind, makes up doctor blades, preps print carriages, brings correct inks and lacquers to the press, configures ink ratios, disposes of ink, solvents and lacquers, maintains ink viscosities and cuts cores.
- Ability to operate the viscosity control system.
- Ensures all required on-line quality data is properly documented.
- Monitors all quality requirements as outlined by company procedure and specification. Completes necessary sheets for quality checks.
- Actively participates in safety programs and completes required safety observations. Understands and follows plant safety rules.
- Attends and participates in all scheduled meetings (Continuous Quality Improvement, safety, special projects, departmental, etc.).
- Able to work all scheduled shifts and required overtime hours.
- Trains new employees as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Trade Manager, Foodservice based in Minneapolis, MN or Buffalo, NY preferably.
The Trade Manager for our Foodservice business at Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. (Yoplait, GoGurt, Oui, Ratio, Mountain High) is the financial engine behind our entire Foodservice commercial operation. This leader is responsible for the overall strategic design, financial modeling, governance, and control of all trade promotional funding and spending across every Foodservice channel of business. This includes managing trade spend for National Broadliners (e.g., Sysco, US Foods), National Chains, Power Regional Distributors, Buying Groups (UniPro), FMCs/GPOs, and all highly regulated channels (WIC, K-12). The primary objective is to maximize the Return on Investment (ROI) of every trade dollar, ensure forecasting accuracy, and instill best-in-class trade compliance and deduction management practices across the sales organization.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Trade Investment Strategy & Planning: Own the annual and quarterly trade budget for the entire Foodservice P&L. Design, model, and recommend optimal trade structures by channel (Broadline, Chain, Regional, FMC, GPO, WIC/K-12) to align with commercial objectives and maximize net revenue.
Trade Governance & Compliance: Establish, document, and enforce company policies for all trade spending. Serve as the gatekeeper for all exceptions, ensuring that programs align with legal requirements, internal controls, and trade reporting standards.
Trade System Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end functionality and data integrity of the Trade Management system. Drive continuous improvement in trade planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
Deduction Management & Leakage Control: Lead the cross-functional effort to minimize unauthorized deductions and trade leakage. Work closely with Finance and Sales to validate, investigate, and resolve all claims from distributors and customers in a timely manner.
Commercial Performance & ROI Analysis: Conduct robust post-contract analysis on major programs and promotions, providing the Vice President of Sales and executive leadership with actionable insights on where to reallocate funds to drive higher ROI and profitable growth.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field, MBA preferred
- Experience: 7+ years in Trade Management, Sales Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with significant experience in a high-volume, promotional industry (Foodservice, CPG, or related Food Manufacturing).
- Technical Skills (preferred): Expert-level Excel modeling and hands-on experience as a power user of a major TPM platform (e.g., Vistex, SAP, BluePlanner, Blacksmith).
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of the P&L from Gross Sales to Operating Income, with proven success in managing and influencing trade spend to drive bottom-line results.
