Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a 10:1 ratio of follow-up appointments to new patient evaluations.
- Provide care within an acute psychiatric unit/institute setting.
- Manage clinical areas including anxiety disorders, affective disorder, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, development disorders, psychotic disorders, and organic disorders.
- Demonstrate familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application.
- Utilize a range of treatment techniques, including pharmacotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and ECT.

- Supervise CRNAs according to facility protocols (4:1 ratio; MDs do not do their own cases) — CRNA supervision experience preferred
