Role Overview

Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Product Enablement and Contract Automation initiative. This role is focused on enabling automated contract generation by establishing accurate, validated, and structured product data that serves as a single source of truth for Group Insurance product offerings.

Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with Group Insurance business, product, and technology stakeholders to understand contract automation objectives
  • Identify, document, and validate field-level data elements required for automated contract generation
  • Create data mapping specifications including transformation rules, validation criteria, and business logic
  • Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate data discovery, mapping analysis, and documentation

As the Outside Plant Construction Technician III in Saint George, UT, you will assist the Senior Outside Plant Construction Tech in overseeing construction and maintenance of PON/fiber network communications facilities in TDS Telecom serving areas. This role assists with project management and coordination of internal and external resources. It also ensures the team operates according to safety protocols.

 

Training:

As an Outside Plant Construction Technician III, you will have the opportunity to obtain a Class A CDL through our in-house training program. You will attend safety training at one of our new facilities where you will also be trained on Pole Climbing and Bucket Trucks. On-the-job training includes exposure to various construction equipment including Directional Drill Rigs, Mini Excavators, Trenchers, and Locators. Fiber optic training includes Fusion Splicing, Fault Detection, and exposure to OTDRs and other advanced testing equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership Assistance: At the direction of the Sr Outside Plant Construction Tech, assist with:
    • Communicating job duties and responsibilities to internal construction crews.
    • Focusing on crew efficiencies, ensuring assigned tasks are completed.
    • Training, monitoring, and coaching team members to safely perform assigned tasks with related construction equipment.
    • Performing quality control inspections of construction crew work. Ensuring safety protocols are enforced.
    • Working with foreperson to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • General Construction Labor

    • Operation of trenchers, backhoes, end loaders, plows, and other excavating equipment used to construct and maintain outside plant cable facilities.

    • Performs landscape restoration after project completion.
  • Construction Site Organization
    • Engage municipalities, utility companies, suppliers, contractors, and property owners to coordinate project tasks and avoid disputes.
    • Receive maps and staking sheets and ensure construction project is built.
    • Review, update, and assist with the recording of GIS, maps, addresses, and as-builds.
    • Ensure locates are performed on time and prior to team and equipment arriving at the worksite.
    • Set pedestals, vaults, and handholes along with marking/labeling fiber optic and/or copper facilities.
    • Coordinate with Sr Outside Plant Construction Tech to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
    • Perform the placement of new aerial and buried fiber according to maps, staking sheets, and locate markings.
  • Construction Equipment Maintenance

    • Service, clean, maintain, and repair equipment.
    • Check DOT logs and review condition of trucks and trailers on job site to ensure all vehicles meet DOT standards.
    • Report any issues to Sr Outside Plant Construction Tech.
  • Complete all related paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Assist Field Services technicians, as needed.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction equipment operation utilizing various underground and aerial construction equipment such as directional drills, trencher/plow/rocksaw, backhoe, or bucket trucks -OR- current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge.
  • Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS’s business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers’ needs.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and remain eligible for DOT requirements.

Other Qualifications

  • Must have the ability to obtain a Class A CDL. A current CDL is preferred at hire, but TDS will train and certify eligible associates through its in-house CDL certification program after hire.
  • Physical requirements may vary based on company needs: Ability to climb poles, ladders, towers, and other structures as needed. Ability to kneel, dig, lift, and pull.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Toolmaker III, you play a critical role in developing and optimizing advanced tooling solutions for manufacturing processes. Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a 3rd shift Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician based in Belmont, Wisconsin. This position will require the ability to work in a team atmosphere as well as individually to repair, install, adjust, or maintain production and packaging equipment. This will also include equipment that is servo-mechanical as well as electro-mechanically operated. All work needs to be done in a clean sanitary manor as required in a food manufacturing plant. Candidates must be available to work weekends.

* Repair or maintain the operating condition of the equipment used in production and packaging of a dairy product

* Align, fit, or assemble component parts and hardware, using hand or power tools

The Nutrition Care Specialist III performs a variety of specialized duties to support the nutrition support department. Responsibilities include assisting Registered Dietitians (RDs) and Nutrition Care Specialist I & II in coordinating enteral nutrition (EN) and supporting patient care management. The role involves processing and managing enteral nutrition orders within the EMR system, coordinating the timely delivery of formulas and supplies, and maintaining accurate patient records. Nutrition Care Specialist III also troubleshoots supply and equipment issues, manages inventory, and supports compliance with clinical, operational, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Enteral order entry and refills:
  • Accurately enter orders into the EMR system, including processing the initial dispense, supply ticket, and faxing orders to home health.
  • Calls patients to coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of enteral formula, equipment, and supplies, prioritizing the PHD program.
  • Assist with maintaining the enteral census.
  • Prioritize utilizing the preferred enteral formulary of Nestle.
  • Process order changes and calculate formula amounts based on an ordered supply amount.
  • Provides patient education on home enteral nutrition including formula use, tolerance troubleshooting, and EN pump operation and programming.
  • Comply with the 90-day pump preventive maintenance protocol to meet ACHC standards.

You will be a critical, day-to-day partner to the Head of Head of People Operational Excellence and Corporate Functions People Partners. You will contribute to the success of the People Experience team by optimizing each day, by providing personalized and timely administrative support. Through this role you will have exposure to global business leaders, continued growth, and development opportunities, and will be joining a forward thinking, nimble, and People First organization.

Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative partnership to the Head of People Operational Excellence and Corporate Functions People Partners. The candidate must also be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and enjoy a very fast paced and rapidly changing environment. This individual must be able to function effectively in a matrixed, corporate environment and take a very proactive and thoughtful approach to tasks and strategy. Additional details below:

• Deliver a broad variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing monthly expense reports; arranging detailed travel plans; itineraries, meeting agendas and compiling documents for day to day and travel related meetings.
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the schedule is optimized for Head of Head of People Operational Excellence and Corporate Functions People Partners and the Head of People Solutions & Digital Innovation.
• Maintain a smooth flow of information in and out of the office while exercising a high level of discretion in managing the confidential and sensitive nature of communications.
• Collaborates across the People team to ensure leaders are well informed of upcoming commitments and follow up appropriately.
• Arrange facilities, AV and catering for meetings, as needed
• Stakeholder management including managing contact lists, prepare stakeholder spreadsheets, etc.
• Partner with other administrative and executive assistants.
• Support a joint partnership with key stakeholders including People, Communications, Risk & Compliance, Audit, Digital Solutions, & Legal, etc partners.
• Leverage a variety of AI solutions and tools to re-imagine the support model.

Qualifications:
• At least 5+ years of executive administrative experience preferably in a corporate setting (supporting C-suite level)
• Demonstrated ability to use judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues.
• Strong experience in scheduling and managing a complex, demanding, and constantly changing schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other virtual platforms.
• A strategic thinker who is adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, able to plan, prioritize, and organize individual and group activities and processes.
• Outgoing, straightforward, and creative.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• An adaptable, flexible problem-solver.
