JOB SUMMARY
CNC Machinist III is responsible for operating and programming a 5-axis CNC machine tool. This includes setting up and verifying tooling, setting part offsets, and programming computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). We are looking to bring an experienced cook supervisor to our correctional kitchen team in West Bend, WI. As a cook supervisor, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and supervise the work of employees to ensure efficiency and adherence to established standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing:- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensuring meal services begin on time, and ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality.
Must-haves:
- At least one years' prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
- Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
- The ideal candidate must have high-level product knowledge, provide friendly and helpful customer service and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate must have experience supervising a team.
Nice-to-haves:
- Food Handlers certification preferred.
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate advanced saddle-stitch equipment to deliver high-quality, on-time results.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize machines for peak performance.
- Lead by example—some roles include supervisory opportunities.
- Keep safety and cleanliness as top priorities while driving productivity.
- Experience with Muller Martini 12-40 pocket machines or Goss 855s is a plus, but we welcome operators with other saddle-stitch experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions.
- Knowledge of bindery processes and safety standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
