What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain a rolling 12-week master production schedule for assigned manufacturing locations.
  • Translate demand forecasts into clear supply plans that balance milk usage, cream generation, and fortification needs.
  • Set and adjust finished goods planning parameters, including safety stock and run sizes, using SAP and related planning systems.
  • Coordinate weekly production schedules with Plant Materials Management to meet service targets and use capacity efficiently.
  • Monitor schedule attainment, operating days, and inventory health to reduce aging and obsolete product across the network.
  • Review daily and weekly inventory positions and partner with Plant Production, QE, and QA to release and disposition product accurately.
  • Support new product launches and trials by integrating them into production forecasts and mid-term capacity plans.
  • Contribute to monthly S&OP and budget planning cycles with accurate supply assumptions and scenario analysis.
  • Manage planning exceptions such as missed runs, material shortages, or distribution disruptions to protect customer service.
  • Coordinate with Demand Planning, Commercial, Customer Service, and Transportation teams to sustain a 99% service level goal.
  • Assess planning processes and systems adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical enhancements.


You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three years of supply planning, production planning, or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A working knowledge of production planning principles, including safety stock, lead times, and capacity balancing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for forecasting, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience using SAP or another enterprise planning system to create and maintain production or supply plans.

  • Create, edit, and distribute reports, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Distribute incoming, outgoing, and interdepartmental mail.
  • Screen internal and external phone calls for VPs and Directors by taking detailed messages, elevating, and acting on important information promptly.
  • Participate in special projects by planning and coordinating presentations, disseminating information, and organizing special meetings and events.
  • Manage calendars and schedules, arrange appointments, and coordinate international and domestic travel, including passports and visas.
  • Facilitate and reconcile expense transactions, prepare and submit expense reports for core leaders, identify and code purchase orders, and maintain and replenish department supplies.
  • Provide backup support to other corporate office administrative personnel.
  • Maintain the emergency telephone contact list and officers’ address/phone list.
  • Prepare and maintain archive files.
  • Anticipate needs and make decisions accordingly.
  • Coordinate weekly or monthly meetings, prepare agendas, circulate minute notes, and ensure action item follow-ups.
  • Lead and organize logistical arrangements for division and department meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with other Executive and Administrative Assistants to plan large and/or recurring meetings.
  • Build and maintain rapport by collaboratively responding to and coordinating various customer requests from employees, senior management, LFC customers, and vendors.
  • Serve as a resource for other team members, providing guidance and recommendations.


You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • A High School Diploma or a GED.
  • Seven (7) years of administrative experience supporting the VP level.

What You’ll Learn & Do

As a Maintenance Technician Trainee, you’ll be working alongside seasoned maintenance professionals, gaining real-world experience in maintaining and troubleshooting advanced manufacturing equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, valves, and hydraulic systems.
  • Conduct vibration analysis and thermal imaging to predict equipment failures.
  • Work with lubrication systems to maintain production equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot three-phase motors, motor controls, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
  • Work with steam boilers, refrigeration systems, and ammonia-based cooling systems.
  • Gain hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
  • Assist in diagnosing automation system issues using SCADA and industrial networking.

  • Enter maintenance data and track equipment history in SAP or another CMMS software.
  • Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new processing and packaging equipment.
  • Work on projects involving robotic automation and advanced processing technology.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency.
  • Follow OSHA safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and food safety (GMP, HACCP) protocols.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.


  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 6 months of nursing experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
