Providing daily supervision and mentorship
Managing household routines and student schedules

Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.Benefits include:

Job Summary and Qualifications
Under minimal supervision of the Shift Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy, this position is responsible for assisting the Shift Supervisor with all supervisory duties as directed by the Shift Supervisor and Department Director.
What You Will Do in This Role:
- Making shift assignments
- Performing performance appraisals
- Supervising the work of staff therapists

- Providing patient care as needed
What Qualifications You Will Need:
- Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
- Must hold a current Respiratory Therapist license from Missouri Board for Respiratory Care and NBRC RRT credential
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS and NRP within 6 months of hire
- A minimum of two years of Respiratory Care experience
- One year of recent supervisory experience preferred
