Purpose Statement
Under general supervision, performs a variety of complex technical and administrative duties relating to the support of the Plant Manager and the Steering Team.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Acts as receptionist greeting all visitors courteously, determining their needs while contacting the appropriate Rich’s Team Member.

General Purpose/Summary of Job:
The Display and Exhibits Coordinator will coordinate the full logistics of all congresses and exhibits programs which include but not limited to, reviewing requests for accuracy, securing approvals, managing registration, executing customer-specific agreements, payment processing, marketing materials management, and program reconciliation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Database management - manage promotional educational programs within our proprietary events management platform
- Budget management - assisting customer representatives within their program planning budget to ensure they meet client business rules and guidelines
- Coordinate all life cycles of Congresses and Exhibits from start to finish
- Communicate daily with customer team and appropriate stakeholders
- Run daily metric reports to ensure all tasks within the C&E are executed within a timely fashion

Purpose Statement
The Materials Group Leader is accountable for the suitable handling and processing of the entire supplies inventory in the warehouse during his shift. In addition to supervising and assigning tasks to workers and maintaining seamless functions in the warehouse.

- Loading and unloading of freight and products
- Overseeing the handling of consignments and the supervising of the loading and unloading of the same.
- Maintaining an account of the entire supplies, raw and packaging materials inventory in the warehouse.

- Working knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, food allergens and pest control

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for Firmwide human resource functions, including resource planning, recruitment, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, benefits and employee relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide managerial and administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer in the following areas:
- All human resource functions of the Firm, continuously evaluating current Firm policies & procedures, make recommendations for improvement.
- Firm recruiting, hiring, development and retention programs in compliance with state/federal regulations and recommended employment law practices.
- Determine staffing needs for the Firm; meet and maintain benchmarked staffing ratios and trends. Oversee non-exempt personnel including administrative assistants and other clerical staff to ensure that Firm expectations are being met.

- Understand and adhere to Company shrink guidelines as relates to departmental operations.
- Assist Frozen Manager as needed.
- When required, price items accurately and legibly using approved price marking devices.
- Ensure that featured sale merchandise is attractively signed to stimulate sales.
- Accurately record markups and markdowns, in-store use of merchandise, and bad merchandise/ spoilage write offs in accordance with Company policies.
- Maintain Unit Price Labels (Tags) for all items, doing price changes as required.
- Validate deliveries to invoice documents and utilize the receiving log, placing signed invoices in appropriate area.
- Fully stock and rotate all frozen merchandise in cases, shelves and other applicable displays according to tag allocation and department standards.
- Unload and secure received product in appropriate refrigerated storage areas using power or hand jack, carts, u-boats or bossies as needed.
- Block and face all products in accordance to Company policy or as assigned.
- Complete all applicable department training programs.
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
- Work overtime as assigned.
- Work cooperatively with others.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate balers, hi-lo's, power jacks, and slicing machines.

As a Retail Inventory Specialist, you will perform detailed receiving, auditing, replenishing and destruction procedures as outlined by company policy and state regulation. In addition, the Inventory Specialist will maintain the physical organization of all product in a manner that will provide optimal efficiency and accountability within the dispensary.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurately and efficiently receive all inbound product shipments.
- Enter all incoming product into Compliance and ERP Systems.
- Physically move product to locations throughout the facility, including the vault, back room, and sales floor.
- Maintain optimal organization and cleanliness of all inventory processing and storage areas.
- Perform and reconcile inventory cycle counts.
- Perform and reconcile various inventory and compliance related audits.
- Ensure sales floor is consistently replenished and properly stocked.
- Fulfills online pick-up and delivery orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare for and participate in all periodic physical inventory audits, as scheduled by the company.
- Provide efficient written and verbal communication of inventory issues to management and the store team in a timely manner.

We are seeking a Waste Collection Roll Off Driver who will be working out of our Jersey City Depot (264 Broadway, Jersey City, NJ 07306) servicing NYC Routes and reporting to the Site Manager but is also subject to supervision by Route Supervisors and Dispatchers. This is a full time, Union, non-exempt, hourly position with an overnight schedule starting anywhere between 7pm and 9pm, Sunday evening through Friday evening but may vary depending on business needs. Shifts may vary from 10 to 12 hours per evening or until the route is complete.
Our Waste Collection Roll-Off Drivers main responsibility is to safely operate a Roll-Off Truck, for the pick-up service of containers filled with waste or recyclable material. Drivers transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility, and may make one or more trips throughout the shift. A minumum of 1 year of experience driving and operating a Roll Off Truck is required.
Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.:- Continuously monitor for safety and service-related issues, as well as containers or other equipment in need of repair, and report any issues to the Route Supervisor or Dispatch.
- All employees are expected to be responsible and accountable for the safety for themselves, their colleagues, the trucks, and other equipment and property. Drivers must immediately notify Route Supervisor or Dispatch of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
- Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle using utilizing standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report); notes all issues on DVIR form for corrective review/repair.
- Communicate professionally with customers and Dispatchers at all times. This includes receiving complaints about schedules and quality of service. Our Drivers must make note of and report on any such complaints and respond in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Notifies Dispatch or Route Manager of issues as prescribed by Service Machine protocol, including blocked containers, potential missed pick-ups or problems that arise on the route.
- Communicates customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Route Manager.
- Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customers location clean and free of debris.
- Completes and submits customer tickets when excess yardage must be removed.
- Positions containers on the customers property in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced, containers are set in an upright position, and containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic.
- Work closely with Route Supervisor to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
- Attend all required training, operational meetings, and mandatory monthly Safety Meetings
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- The Driver position may be required to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as mount and dismount the truck multiple times every route.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
- Drivers must be able to physically mount and dismount the truck throughout the duration of the workday.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- All Drivers must have a valid Class A or B CDL with airbrake endorsement, and a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL A or B, within the last 7 years. Experience as a Driver or Helper for a refuse company is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience driving and operating a Roll Off Truck
- Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and applicable traffic regulations.
- Must be able to speak and read English well enough to converse with the public, understand highway traffic and signals, respond to official questions, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records.
- Must be able to read and understand a map.
- Must be able to meet the physical and safety requirements of the position.
- Must be willing and able to work required worked hours as allowed under DOT regulation and may include weekend, night, and/or holiday work.
