A leading global capital program management and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager Consultant to lead the delivery of a new healthcare facility in Post Falls, Idaho—just east of the Spokane, Washington area.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination

We are looking for an experienced solution consultant to help design, configure, activate and support the education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for our internal solution consultants that support the Oracle Health Millennium solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service. A Sr. Knowledge Leader is an experienced solution consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to multiple solutions and the consultants that are supporting the program. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that quality solution learning content is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our customer's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the Learning Instructors to understand and manage the customer's expectations.
Responsibilities
The Senior Knowledge Leader will be expected to:
- Provide domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertise
- Author and develop associate‑facing content leveraging technical and methodology documentation
- Educate associates to appropriately leverage methodology and standard recommendations
- Consult with cross‑functional internal stakeholders to identify priorities for standard content enhancements, process improvements, methodology updates, and resulting client impacts

Basic Qualifications
- 5‑7 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health EHR Millennium product(s). Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and other internal stakeholders.
- At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client‑facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
- Knowledge and experience with building and configuration of EHR product which is leveraged in training, content creation and support of client and team
- Experience in Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Radiology, and/or Perioperative is strongly preferred
- Experience in relevant functional and technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health EHR Millennium product(s) is required to be considered for this role

Compensation & Benefits
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

What You'll Do

Key qualifications and experience

- Prior experience leading cross-functional commercial activities
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills at executive and client senior management levels
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across technical, legal, and financial disciplines

The Forensic Structural Engineer will branch out from typical design work and investigate to determine the cause of failures related to building structures. This role consists of very little to near no design aspects. The focus is on the laws of physics, and the basis of engineering principles, and the correct application of these to the built environment. The role requires the engineer to “go beyond the code and like it!

Position Type/Expected Hours
This is a full-time position. Some flexibility in hours is permitted, but s/he must be available during the standard work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Physical Demands
This position is a combination of fieldwork, travel-related work, and sedentary work. An employee is regularly required to drive, stand, sit, walk, reach, type, talk, hear, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds. An employee may also be required to traverse wooded and/or uneven terrain, enter structures, use ladders, walk on roofs, enter small spaces, and work in various weather conditions.
Travel
Regular travel will be required as a part of the Structural Forensic Engineer job. Some overnight travel may be required.

Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Nurse Manager of the Progressive Care Unit you will be responsible for planning, administering, and evaluating the operations of the department. You will collaborate with physicians to expedite information and have the ability to lead, coach and mentor our skilled staff. In our Unit:
- We work with a variety of patient needs ranging from burns, cardiac, medical, trauma and telemetry
- We are a Team of 70+ nurses and technicians
- We have 36 beds and are one of the busiest inpatient units in our hospital
- We are Proud to be a part of the largest medical facility in the region with the most diverse patient needs
- We offer training opportunities to transfer to our Medical and Burn ICUs
- We work closely together in support of our patients
In this Manager role:
- You will have experience with role modeling and sustaining patient and family centered care and direct staff as they care for patients and educate families.
- You will demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate patient care, maintaining departmental flow and directing the staff assignments as needed.
- You will work with the Director on department staffing; hiring, evaluating, guiding, disciplining, and scheduling of staff.
- You will act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure
- You will develop and communicate a shared vision for the department consistent with the hospitals vision.
- You will be skilled at identifying the strengths and weaknesses of staff performance and work with them on training and development accordingly.
- You will have the ability to effectively coordinate functions with staff, physicians and other departments of the hospital with a focus on throughput based on the patient’s needs.
- Current Idaho nursing license in good standing or compact
- Associate Degree in Nursing Required with Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Past clinical experience working in a high acuity hospital environment with progressive levels of increased responsibility and/or past supervisory experience
- Occasional/ Intermittent Required
- Previous RN Hospital experience required
- Charge or other leadership experience strongly preferred

Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse in the PACU/ Recovery you will provide excellent patient care to individuals following operative and invasive procedures. Our team works hard to support each other, we are looking for an amazing nurse who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
In this role:
- You will be able to perform general nursing duties and be competent in all post-operative procedures as verified by specific competencies.
- You will demonstrate the ability to facilitate smooth and efficient room turnover and patient flow.
- You will complete all paperwork and computer charting to ensure accurate and timely charting.
- You will provide appropriate management of pain under the direction of the anesthesiologist and documents changes and reassessment using the pain scale.
- You will work with the family to inform them of progress of the patient, delays in transfer to the unit, etc.
- You will facilitate communications between other departments as needed and prepare patients for transfer of care. .
- You will follow through on reporting problems and ensure proper use of the chain of command as a patient advocate, maintaining communication regarding any changes in the patient condition.
- You will act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Current State of Idaho Registered Nurse License.
- BSN preferred.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification
- One or more years of critical care or PACU experience required
