SUMMARY
The Executive Director provides market leadership and direction for the effective management of operations and the delivery of home health agency services, strategic planning, development and attainment of market/Company goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

- Reports monthly KPIs to leadership team, creating action plans to address areas of opportunity/deficiency.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Must be at least 21 years old
- At least eight (8) years of experience in healthcare; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related field desirable but not required.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the home healthcare strongly preferred

In this role:
You will be responsible for all testing and therapeutics that take place in the cath lab. These procedures include but are not limited to: cardiac catheterizations, pacemaker, tilt-table, angioplasty, stent, dialysis catheter, nephrostomy and ureteral tube, IVC filter, IABP, pericardiocentesis, and stress testing procedures.
- You will facilitate effective communication among departmental staff to ensure interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to patient care.
- You will appropriate SBAR process for hand-off communication.
- You will assist the patient through all aspects of the procedure, including transport, site preparation, sterile procedure, patient monitoring, and hemostasis following removal of catheter or sheath, and return to room.
- You will manage emergent cases.
- You will maintain accurate, timely and compliant patient records and complete all paperwork associated with these procedures.
- You will prepare tests for physician interpretation.
- Current State of Idaho RN license in good standing
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification
