- Helping with basic QC of merchandise returning from events, photo shoots or transfers from other boutiques (next service sticker)
- Basic manual labor – moving heavy displays, organizing the storage room, moving furniture when we have in boutique event (organizing props)
- Would be able to run and complete the weekly High Jewelry inventory on a consistent basis.
- Act as a “Runner” when needed – last min VIP needs, hand deliveries, boutique needs.
- Conduct weekly strap inventory and month inventory for accessories.
- We can teach how to properly steam clean jewelry.
- Assist in dealing with guards when photo shoots need to be picked up and dropped off – doing a count of the pieces leaving and coming back (filing of paperwork)
- Would have the time to go through all merchandise and put together list of missing/hand written tags that needed replacing.
- Check the reservation list, ensure that all pieces have correct paperwork, release older reservation without payment.

The EHS Manager will report directly to the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety, with a dotted line to the Plant Manager, ensuring alignment between corporate EHS initiatives and plant-level execution.
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations, as well as PPC’s internal policies and programs. It will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers, including insurance carriers, brokers, and consultants, to implement and continuously improve EHS systems, training, and best practices.
This is a practical role that demands a mix of strategic planning, administrative oversight, and on-the-ground involvement to maintain a workplace that is safe, compliant, and sustainable.
Position Responsibilities
The EHS Manager will be responsible for leading, developing, and implementing programs to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Specific responsibilities include:
Compliance & Program Management
- Develop and implement programs that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
- Maintain and promote EHS policies and procedures throughout the site.
- Create and manage plans to ensure EHS training complies with or surpasses regulatory standards.
- Perform risk assessments and create strategies to reduce hazards.
- Oversee the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.

Operational Support & Oversight
- Ensure safety gear (e.g., PPE, forklifts, overhead cranes, machine guards, hearing protection) is accessible, maintained properly, and being used.
- Ensure that routine inspections (e.g., fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, machine guards, warehouse racks, grounds) are carried out and documented.
- Manage the implementation of waste reduction and sustainability projects to lessen environmental impact.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into every part of operations.
- Keep the Plant Leadership Team updated on EHS program performance and compliance status.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Keep all necessary safety, accident, and environmental records and documentation.
- Develop and share an EHS Scorecard to monitor performance and promote improvements.
- Attend monthly EHS meetings with site and corporate personnel.
- Serve as the local representative for the company’s Safety Center of Excellence (COE) and Green Team.

Typical Duties:
- Provide unarmed security services on foot or by vehicle to perform customer service, fare inspection, and civil enforcement actions across the entire alignment.
- Lead interactions with the public and customers from a customer service approach while trained and prepared to adopt a security or civil enforcement posture.
- Identify and report security and safety violations.
- Inspect 20% of all fares system-wide each day.
- Monitor the system for the possibility of public disturbances.
- Issue civil citations for violations of transit-related ordinances and testify in court regarding those ordinances, if necessary.
- Assist in emergency situations, including, but not limited to, special events, crowd control, service interruptions, collisions, and fire or life safety incidents.
- Exercise the Agency's civil authority to enforce the removal of individuals who are trespassing on Agency property, with the assistance of local law enforcement when necessary.
- Notify law enforcement of any illegal activity, provide a documented account of all activity witnessed, and assist law enforcement as required.
- Take prompt action to address security incidents and, to the extent observed, accidents, fire, property damage, and safety hazards.
Qualifications:
U.S. citizen or authorization to work in the U.S.
21 years of age or older.
Valid Arizona State Driver's License, if in a position that requires driving.
Possess a valid security guard license.
Possess current First Aid and CPR certification cards and be familiar with an AED defibrillator.
Free of any job-related felony or major misdemeanor convictions, as determined in accordance with EEOC Enforcement Guidance 915.002.
Education and Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent.
One year experience as a security guard, member of the military, or police officer. Preferred security experience includes forward-facing customer engagement, de-escalation, crisis management, and professional communication. Three years of forward-facing customer service experience may be substituted for one year of the required security experience.
Physical & Mental Requirements- Must be fully capable of performing the full range of security work requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion under either normal or emergency conditions. Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of shift hours.
- Exhibit good general health without physical defects or abnormalities which would interfere with the performance of duties under the contract.
- Must possess a good distance vision in each eye, correct to 20/30 on the Snellen chart. In addition to that, must possess normal fields of vision, good depth perception, close vision correctable to Jaeger #4 type test of both eyes, and ability to distinguish basic colors.
- Hearing loss must not exceed 30 decibels in both ears or 35 decibels in the poorer ear.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory, contractual, and operational compliance across our organization.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, licensing requirements, client obligations, and internal policies. The Compliance Manager will partner closely with Operations, HR, and Executive Leadership to mitigate risk, support audits, and strengthen a culture of accountability and integrity.
Essential Job Duties
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls

- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Law, or related field (preferred)
- 3–7+ years of compliance, risk management, or regulatory experience
- Experience in the security, safety, or regulated services industry strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and audit processes
- Ability to interpret legal and contractual language
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and documentation skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
The expected hiring range for this position is $75,000- $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
