ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:


As the Program Manager, you will oversee program execution from start to finish, providing strategic direction, mentorship to project managers, and exceptional client relationship management. This is not an Information Technology-related position. If you do not have experience managing power distribution engineering/design projects, you will likely not be considered for the position.


Note: This position can work remotely, but new hires will be required to come to our headquarters in Perrysburg, OH, for an initial 2-week in-person paid orientation and training period.


Responsibilities:


Project Leadership:

· Responsible for measuring and developing the project manager's abilities and effectiveness through KPI's and setting core competencies in accordance with corporate governance.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility.

· Serve as a mentor and coach to other project managers, offering guidance and support.


Program Planning and Strategy:

· Oversees project managers in the delivery of all program-related projects in accordance with the contractual agreement, scope, schedule, and budget of the project.

· Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all phases of projects within the designated program in accordance with project management processes, policies, guidelines, and corporate governance.

· Develop and monitor high-level project workflows, validate project scopes, and collaborate on project priorities.

· Oversees the creation of proposals, kickoff meetings, and discovery calls.


Program Monitoring and Reporting:

· Prepare, review, and approve project change orders and/or correction actions in collaboration with the client, Project Engineer(s), and Operations Manager.

· Provide program cost forecasting over the life of the project or program.


Program Closure:

· Ensure the successful closure of the program, including finalizing all program activities, obtaining acceptance from stakeholders, and conducting post-program evaluations.

· Document lessons learned and share best practices with the organization.


Communication:

· Maintain clear and consistent communication with program stakeholders, including executive leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams.

· Provide regular program updates to management and stakeholders.

· Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective communication within the program team.

· Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.

· Accountable for contractual correspondence and communication with all stakeholders, including identification and reporting of risks, liabilities, and opportunities.


Risk Management:

· Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project life cycle.


Budget Management:

· Manage Program level P&L reporting.


Customer/Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

· Build relationships with Sr. Leadership within the customer organization.

· Build an understanding of the customer’s organizational structure and decision-making process.

· Identify and understand client challenges, propose solutions, and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.

· Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

· Lead Program update calls and in-person meetings with external clients.

· Monitor and manage expectations of communication between staff and external clients.

· Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and target new business opportunities in the market.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set targets, and achieve revenue goals.

· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential customers.

Requirements:


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Education Requirements – Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering/Engineering Technology or Bachelor's of Business Administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience Requirements - A minimum of 7 years of experience in the Power Utility Industry with engineering, operations, and /or project management, including financial oversight and personnel development. And a minimum of 3 years of functional, or direct people management experience, with the proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent certification required.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget.

The Test Solutions Center (TSC) team within the Hardware Discipline Center is a multi-discipline organization that provides test solutions to support production lines for our entire missile portfolio. The software team within TSC is responsible for developing advanced windows application solutions for all Raytheon products. The Software Engineer II position is focused on the design, development, integration, and maintenance of software as a part of on-site factory support of systems to support weapon system product development. The selected candidate will develop applications, libraries, and instrument drivers using the software style, development language, and integrated development environment specified by the organization.

The selected candidate will contribute to multidiscipline engineering teams. Typical work involves the development of both engineering and production equipment, environments, and systems. As such, the candidate will contribute to the completion of all stages of product development for RMD weapon system products. They will be expected to work, either as a part of a team or independently, to design, develop, and implement system level applications in support of producing and maintaining weapon system products.

Excelligence Learning Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Business Systems Analyst to support Discount School Supply's inventory planning and purchasing operations with a strong focus on systems, analytics, and business intelligence tools. You will work cross-functionally with Purchasing Managers, IT, Kitting, and Operations to ensure end-to-end visibility of inventory health while building tools, dashboards, and models that streamline workflows and deliver business-critical intelligence.





Core Responsibilities


Business Intelligence & Systems Development



  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs like service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.
  • Utilize SQL and data warehouse environments to extract, transform, and analyze large data sets.
  • Translate business questions into data requirements and drive data quality and visibility across purchasing, merchandising, and fulfillment functions.
  • Partner with IT and Operations teams to improve systems integration, data flow, and automation of recurring reports.
  • Regularly publish proposed supply plans by synthesizing inputs from demand forecasts, current inventory levels, safety stock thresholds, and lead times.
  • Lead small-scale BI and system enhancement projects that improve inventory insights and forecasting agility.




Inventory Analysis & Demand Planning



  • Deliver weekly performance scorecards and KPI dashboards to support Purchasing Managers and guide decision-making.
  • Develop forward-looking inventory glidepaths and simulate future stock scenarios to proactively identify service gaps.
  • Provide detailed inventory analyses to reduce overstock risk, improve working capital efficiency, and ensure alignment with budget goals.
  • Maintain high item data integrity and ensure inventory availability aligns with merchandising strategy and system readiness.
  • Ensure sellability of inventory through item status audits and system validations.




Required Qualifications


Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience



  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, inventory analytics, or a related field.

Technical Skills
