We are seeking a highly organized and service-focused Guest Experience Supervisor to support the delivery of the hospitality program at SoFi Stadium for the FIFA World Cup 26™. This role will report to the Guest Experience Manager, and will focus on on-site execution, staff supervision, and vendor coordination to ensure a seamless and premium guest journey.

The Guest Experience Supervisor will play a key role in implementing hospitality operations, supporting access control procedures, assisting with guest services execution, and ensuring readiness across hospitality areas at the assigned venue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Venue Manager and Guest Experience Manager with on-site execution of the Hospitality Program.
  • Supervise assigned Guest Experience staff during match days and event operations.
  • Coordinate with approved vendors and suppliers to ensure services are delivered according to established standards.
  • Assist with implementation of hospitality services across lounges, VIP areas, and designated hospitality spaces.
  • Support access control procedures, including guest tier verification and zone monitoring.

  • Support execution of approved entertainment activations within hospitality areas.

  • Maintain alignment with FIFA brand standards and established hospitality service guidelines.
  • Participate in cross-functional coordination meetings to ensure operational alignment.


Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, event operations, or guest services (experience in sports or live events preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Food Service, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience.
  • Must be comfortable working outside for extended amounts of time.

Occupational Therapist Key Responsibilities:



  • Treatment Planning: Create and deliver treatment programs for students aged birth to 22 based on their IEPs or medical plans. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to set goals and accommodations. Oversee and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
  • Consultation & Instruction: Act as a district-wide resource by offering consultation, training, and support to educational staff and caregivers. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, and coordinate with medical personnel to implement home programs.
  • Data Collection & Documentation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' needs, perform initial and ongoing assessments, and complete annual and triennial reviews. Maintain timely and compliant documentation, and provide detailed reports on student progress.
  • Time Off Management for Full-Time School Employees: Employees are encouraged to schedule their time off during school breaks. Time off requests will be reviewed and approved by the supervisor to ensure minimal disruption to normal operations.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
