Account Manager
$55,000 - $70,000 a year
Louisville, KY 4 days ago
*Account Manager*

Prolific Digital · Louisville, KY · Hybrid · $55,000–$70,000

Prolific Digital is a boutique creative web design and branding studio built around organizations doing work that matters. We're a small, intentional team—we don't take on clients just to fill a roster, and we don't hire just to fill a seat. The work is real, the relationships are genuine, and the people we bring on take pride in both.

We're looking for an Account Manager who wants to own the client side of our business.

---

*The role*

You're the primary point of contact for our clients. You own the relationship—communication, expectations, coordination, and delivery. You keep projects moving, catch problems early, and make sure clients always know where things stand.

You own your accounts—that means growing them too. Spot the opportunities and surface them.

---

*What you'll do*

Client relationships & communication

* Serve as the primary point of contact across all active accounts
* Lead client check-ins, status updates, and review calls
* Set and manage expectations clearly and proactively
* Translate client feedback into actionable direction for the internal team

Project coordination & delivery

* Manage 4–6 concurrent projects across discovery, design, development, and launch
* Coordinate between designers, developers, and clients to keep work moving
* Identify risks and blockers early—don't wait for things to surface on their own
* Keep project documentation clean and current in Notion

Account growth

* Develop a deep understanding of each client's goals and challenges
* Identify and surface natural opportunities for expanded work—no cold pitching required
* Help ensure clients feel genuinely supported, not just managed

---

*What we're looking for*

3+ years of account management experience, ideally at a creative or digital agency. You're someone who can take complex ideas—technical constraints, creative tradeoffs, shifting timelines—and communicate them clearly to people who aren't in the weeds. Clients should always leave a conversation with you feeling informed and confident, never confused. You communicate directly. You follow through. You're organized without being rigid, and you thrive when you have ownership rather than a script to follow.

Familiarity with tools like Notion, Loom, Google Workspace, and Slack is expected. We're an AI-forward team—comfort using AI tools like Claude in your daily workflow is a genuine plus.

---

*What success looks like in 90 days*

Clients know your name and feel taken care of. The internal team has visibility into every project. You've taken ownership of your accounts without needing to be managed. You've spotted at least one process gap and said something about it.

---

*What you won't find here*

Layers of management, bloated processes, or work that exists to look busy. We move quickly, trust each other, and take pride in doing thoughtful work for clients who care. If you need rigid structure to function, this probably isn't the right fit. If you thrive with ownership and latitude—this is it.

---

*Compensation & benefits*

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 depending on experience

Total compensation perspective: At the top of this range with full benefits, the complete package is valued at approximately $85,000–$90,000+ annually when factoring in:

* Health, dental, and vision insurance — 100% company paid
* 401(k) with 5% company match (eligible after year one)
* 2 weeks paid vacation
* 2 weeks paid company closure at the end of the year
* 11 federal holidays off
* Flex time off
* Hybrid — Louisville, KY based preferred

---

*How to apply*

Send an email to with your resume and a brief note about a client relationship you're proud of—what made it hard, and how you handled it.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Benefits:
* 401(k)
* 401(k) matching
* Dental insurance
* Flexible schedule
* Health insurance
* Paid time off
* Professional development assistance
* Vision insurance

This Is a Real Opportunity. Not for Everyone.
Roofing is one of the strongest home-service industries in the country. It's consistent. It's high-ticket. And when done right, it pays extremely well.
True Roofs is launching in the Boise market, and we're building our field marketing team from the ground up. That means real opportunity for the right people — not endless layers, not capped pay, not "wait your turn."
This is not a job where you clock in and hope for a raise. This is an opportunity where your effort directly impacts your income .
If you want comfort and guarantees, this probably isn't for you. If you want control, upside, and growth — keep reading.
How You Earn
Your role as a Field Marketer is simple and powerful.

* How the roofing industry actually works
* How to confidently talk to homeowners
* What to say, what not to say, and why it matters
* How to represent True Roofs the right way

We'll give you the playbook. What you do with it is on you.

You'll represent True Roofs with integrity, confidence, and professionalism at all times.

Roofing works. Roofs wear out. Storms happen. Homes need protection. This industry isn't going anywhere.
Boise is a strong market. Growth, aging roofs, and consistent demand create real opportunity.
We're early. True Roofs is just getting started. Early contributors will have more opportunity as we grow.
We have standards. We care about doing things right. We care about customers. And we care about who we build with.
If you perform, you'll be noticed. If you don't, this won't last.
Who This Is For

* People who want to earn more by doing more
* Competitive, self-driven individuals
* Strong communicators who aren't afraid of face-to-face interaction
* People who want ownership over their results

Head of US GTM, Twitch Ads
✦ New
🏢 Amazon
Salary not disclosed
New York, NY 14 hours ago
Twitch is the world’s largest live streaming service, with global communities built around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. It is where thousands of communities come together for whatever, every day. Twitch offers brands the opportunity to reach uniquely engaged audiences through Video, Audio, Display advertising and through custom content integration and sponsorships.

We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including in advertising. We believe that advertising, when done well, enhances the customer experience with delightful discovery for consumers and compelling performance for advertisers. The programs we deliver to advertisers enable them to build a unique connection with consumers, from first discovery to loyalty in a unique and compelling way versus any other media platform at scale.

We seek a seasoned leader to join the US, Go-To-Market (GTM) team for the Twitch Ads organization within Amazon. This role will report directly to the Director, Global GTM and Brand Safety and be the US leader for developing the unified go-to-market strategy and strategic execution for advertising solutions across Twitch, propelling us to be the top tier solution in live video advertising. He/she will lead the US team and partner with the broader global team setting the total Twitch Ads strategy.

Key job responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast growing and entrepreneurial organization, bringing innovation and growing adoption of Twitch. In particular he/she will:
• Drive the US vision, value proposition, programs, planning, and packaging solutions to grow our GTM approach and across all Amazon Ads video properties.
• Drive adoption of Twitch's advertising offerings, including business management in support of org goals around revenue, product adoption, advertiser maturity advancement, etc.
• Develop the US end-to-end strategy for positioning, pricing, packaging, and planning of Twitch's advertising offerings, alongside sales, product, sponsorships, strategy peers, and One Amazon.
• Aggregate VOC and partner with product teams to drive video solutions for customers and growth for Twitch; produce stack-ranked set of sales priorities, and influence requirements, roadmap decisions and trade-offs.
• Partner with Product, Sponsorships, & Ads Marketing on Video Sales and Marketing narratives.
• Customize the macro strategy to each sales vertical within the US Twitch Ads team.
• Contribute to the US Agency Upfront process for Amazon, as well as all similar annual processes as they relate to Video.
• Drive sales enablement of both current and new products & capabilities.
• Hire, develop and lead a team of GTM leads.

A day in the life
No two days look the same, but here's a glimpse into what leading the US Twitch Ads strategy looks like in practice.

You start your morning reviewing revenue and ad product performance data — spotting a standout result from an initiative you launched a month ago that becomes your team's win story of the week. By mid-morning, you're in a cross-functional sync with the Twitch product teams, shaping the GTM narrative for an upcoming interactive ad format and pushing back on pricing that undervalues Twitch's endemic audience.

Upfront season means your afternoons are spent pressure-testing the Twitch pitch — crafting a story that leads with the hard-to-reach 18–34 audience Twitch uniquely owns, and positioning the platform as a distinct, premium offering alongside Amazon's broader video portfolio.

Between meetings, you're running a sales enablement session with the Account Executive team, walking through objection handling on brand safety and competitive positioning against other video properties. Later, your team surfaces a recurring theme from advertiser conversations: measurement gaps. You draft a product ask and add it to next week's roadmap review.

You close the day reviewing a draft from a GTM team member — adding feedback, making connections, and setting them up for success. The Upfront deck ships tomorrow. You're ready.

About the team
Twitch is one of the more unique publishers. Our team is the single-threaded leader on all Twitch ad products, countries, and ad customer segments. We are responsible for overall Twitch Ads business strategy to fuel long-term growth and innovation – working closely with all sales and product teams across Amazon Ads and building on the foundation already established by integrating Twitch into the broader Amazon Ads organization.- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
- Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives
- Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders
- Experience in developing and executing an analytic vision to solve business-relevant problems
- Experience leading and executing Agency Upfronts.
- Track record of building programs, such as inventive structures and service offerings.- Experience hiring and growing top talent
- Can manage a high volume of requests and competing deadlines
- Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data
- Experience delivering results, setting strategy, and running a large volume and high profile business
- Experience communicating results to operations and business leaders

About Sales Strategy & Operations

As a Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) team, our mission is to power sustainable revenue growth for Pinterest with datadriven strategic insights and decision making, tight management against them and highimpact revenue management. We inform critical business decisions driving revenue growth, so team members are highly visible to senior Sales leadership at Pinterest and throughout the organization at large.

This role sits within the SS&O team supporting Global Agency Sales, partnering closely with the VP, Global Agency Sales and regional Agency Sales leaders to shape how Pinterest shows up with the world's largest media holding companies and independent agencies.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, and in close partnership with the VP, Global Agency Sales, you will develop and bring to life datadriven strategies that deepen Pinterest's partnerships with media agencies and accelerate revenue growth across our agency portfolio. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Global and Regional Agency Sales leadership to define and deploy critical strategic, organizational and operational initiatives that improve agency health, drive revenue growth, and increase sales productivity across holding companies and key independents.

  • Shape Pinterest's global agency strategy and planning by developing frameworks for agency segmentation, coverage models, deal governance, and account planning that reflect agency structures (holding companies, networks, operating companies, and buying units).

  • Lead the analysis of agency business performance (revenue, forecast, sales pipelines, agency deals, investment mix, portfolio health, margin and incentives) to identify opportunities, risks and gaps - including recurring agency business reviews and adhoc deep dives; translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for sales and executive stakeholders.

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams (Finance, Product & Engineering, Product Marketing, BizOps, Client Solutions) to align on priorities and ensure agencyfocused initiatives, products, and tools (including agency planning and reporting tools) are designed and launched in ways that meet agency needs and drive measurable impact.

  • Build scalable reporting, tooling and operating cadences to monitor agency health and program performance (e.g., global agency metrics reviews, dashboards, and playbooks), ensuring the broader sales org can easily understand performance and act on insights.

  • Structure and execute complex, crossfunctional projects endtoend: define problem statements, build work plans, gather and synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs, lead analyses, align stakeholders, and drive decisions and execution.

  • Operationalize new initiatives and sales workflows (process, org, systems) for scale across regions, including shared playbooks, new sales processes and workflows, standardization of existing sales processes, and improved systems that enable an "alwayson" agency business and reduce duplication of effort across markets.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations in a fastpaced, highly analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, tech/media, or revenue/sales strategy & operations).

  • Familiarity with global media agencies - including holding company and operating company structures, investment and trading teams, planning and buying functions, how agencies make investment decisions and evaluate partners, and how agency operating models inform global deals, JBPs and enablement programs.

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong ability to analyze and manipulate large, complex datasets (e.g., revenue, pipeline, pricing, incentives, media performance) to generate clear insights, identify trends, and translate them into structured opportunities and recommended actions.

  • Proven experience building dashboards, reporting and decision frameworks that help senior leaders quickly understand business performance and take action; familiarity with tools such as SQL, Salesforce and Tableau is a plus but not required.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with senior sales leaders (Director/VP+) to define strategy, build annual plans, forecast revenue, drive org design, and hold teams accountable to revenue and investment commitments.

  • Strong structured problemsolving skills and comfort driving decisions in ambiguous, evolving situations where goals, data, or processes are not yet fully defined.

  • Excellent executive communication skills - able to synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives, build compelling materials, and influence crossfunctional partners and senior stakeholders who may not be in your direct line of control.

  • Organized, detailoriented and strategically focused, with a track record of driving impact in complex, matrixed, and fastmoving environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

InOffice Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for inperson collaboration at least one day per week and therefore needs to be within a commutable distance from the New York City office.
