The Commercial Construction Project Manager is fully responsible for the successful delivery of projects ranging fromΒ $10M–$100M, across multiple delivery methods and market sectors.   • Have a detailed working understanding of subcontractor scopes and be able to draft subcontractor contract agreements.Β 
  • Review, understand, and communicate Owner (Prime) Contract requirements to the full project team.Β 
  • Collaborate with Estimators during preconstruction to manage design phases,Β establishΒ the GMP, and define General Conditions.Β

    • 5+ years as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction

    • Proficiency with construction software such as HCSS HeavyJob, Trimble Viewpoint Vista, or similar platforms

    About the Role
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Highway Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of highway and roadway construction projects β€” from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead, coordinate, and manage all aspects of highway construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and quality control.
    * Ensure all work complies with contract documents, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
    * Develop and maintain project schedules and cost forecasts; track progress against goals and milestones.
