POSITION SUMMARY

The Superintendent is responsible for all activities at the construction site, including: safety, schedule, quality assurance, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and adherence to State and Federal OSHA requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Β· Create and manage the project schedule in Microsoft Project and determine the most advantageous sequencing of work

    Position Overview

    The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role works closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Project Planning Support
