This unique position offers the chance to make a significant impact while honing your clinical skills and enjoying a predictable schedule with weekend call: Critical Care Focus: Provide life-saving interventions and manage a variety of complex medical conditions for adult patients within a 20-bed intensive care unit (ICU).
Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a team of skilled healthcare professionals, including intensivists, nurse practitioners, and nurses, to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Weekend Call: Provide essential call coverage approximately every fourth day, with one extended call shift covering a weekend (Friday-Monday AM) per month.
Weekend coverage includes in-person presence at the facility.
Streamlined Workflow: Utilize the familiar Cerner electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management.
