In this role, youll be a key member of our Land OLakes, Inc. transportation team who transports agricultural materials to customers and other locations. You will operate within an assigned regional area. This driving role is local, and you will be home nightly.

In this primarily field‑based role, you’ll help maintain trails, roads, and infrastructure; support wildfire resilience and habitat restoration; manage tools and equipment; and contribute to the long‑term health of over 9,600 acres of conserved lands. You’ll also help steward more than 7,000 acres of conservation easements throughout the region.

JOB SUMMARY
The Cook works under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef and reports to the Director of Dining Services. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintains high standards of quality food production and portion control in food preparation and serving
- Follows menus provided, making changes only with the consent of the Executive Sous Chef
- Assists with line set up as required
- Prepares and serves, at the proper time, sufficient quantity of food to meet the service requirements
- Maintains proper sanitation and safety in the food preparation areas
- Prepares food for take out trays according to any dietary specifications
- Utilizes leftover food as directed by Executive Sous Chef
- Washes and cleans utensils and equipment when necessary
- Supervises and participates in cleaning of cooking area and other kitchen equipment and facilities
- Reports repair and maintenance needs to the supervisor
- Prepares assigned foods for special luncheons, dinners and similar special functions
- Makes daily check of refrigerators/freezers to insure food has been properly stored and labeled
- Maintains positive interaction with residents, guests, and other Williamsburg Landing employees
- Assumes supervisory duties of kitchen staff when Executive Sous Chef/ Executive Chef are not present

Role Description
We are seeking Mowing Crew Members or a Full Mowing Crew to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Washington, TX. This position focuses primarily on large-acreage mowing, shredding, and vegetation management for ranches and development properties.
Responsibilities include operating and maintaining mowing equipment, clearing vegetation, performing landscape and property maintenance, and ensuring designated areas are properly maintained. Team members may also support general Utility Crew operations including site preparation, jobsite organization, debris removal, and assisting with land maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Pay: $27.38 per hour plus Shift Differentia
Shift & Working Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday (OT may be required)
In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business who serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States. We innovate nutritional products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Able to multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Collaborates and follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments
Required Experience and Skills:
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
Preferred Experience:
• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience
Physical Requirements:
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
