Responsibilities & Outcomes:
- Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed.
- Monitor and resolve SAP transaction errors (receiving raw/pack/finished goods, consumptions, staging, etc.).
- Daily data entry validation: Capturing material consumption/usage in Mixing; CleanB&R, meal, and scrap produced in various waste points, overpack and machine hours, etc.
- Track material losses β Direct losses from spillage, expired, and contaminated materials are accounted for accurately/timely in SAP (i.e., placed on QA Hold, isolate in proper locations, write-off, etc.)
- Manage weekly process order (POβs): Reread the BOMβs, release the POβs, close out POβs weekly and on month-end after all transaction errors resolved.
- Own the physical inventory work process: Schedule, coordinate and conduct weekly/monthly cycle count of raw, packaging, meal, CleanB&R materials. Analyze and identify root causes (RCA) to minimize, resolve, and prevent inventory discrepancy (DUV) that exceeds financial thresholds.
- Warehouse audit: Support and correct any warehouse inventory discrepancy.
- Monitor materials SLED (expiration date) to ensure FIFO.
- Function as the quasi-Plant Data Steward to ensure new materials are setup correctly in the Global and Regional Master Data and the Bill of Materials (BOMβs) for each product are correct.
- Develop training documents and train SAP users (in Packing, Mixing, Bakeshop, Warehouse, etc.).
- Support in getting SAP Role access to various SAP ECC users (e.g., new employees, employees changing roles/departments).
- Serve as SAP ECC Point of Contact (POC) and EWM Site Expert for Bakery to communicate system issues and changes.
