As a BFC Solutions Technician, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
- Must live within 40 miles of the designated region.
- Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
- Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.

- Operates various hand tools, such as pliers, vice grips, hammers, squares, chisels, and screwdrivers, and power tools, such as grinders, drills, come-a-longs, saws, hydraulic knock-outs, and hydraulic jacks, to fit filter units.
- Uses TIG welding to put together parts of a filter unit.
- Reads blueprints to know how to fit metal parts together.
- Measures and uses math skills to accurately place parts and drill holes.
- Operates a crane or hand truck to move filter units.
- Performs minor maintenance on the welding machines.
- Performs housekeeping duties in the welding area.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

- Must successfully pass an AAF TIG Welding test.
