Job Description:
This McDonald's is owned and operated by 4 Gen Restaurants. As a maintenance person in our restaurant, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the store. Daily tasks include filtering the oil vats, organizing the stock room, as well as cleaning the stainless, walls, ceilings, bathrooms, and walk-in cooler. Normal maintenance shifts are from 5AM-1PM. They can very slightly depending on your needs, but generally they are morning shifts only. No prior training is necessary as long as you are willing to learn and have a strong work ethic.
We have been operating McDonald's Restaurants for over 60 years, spanning 4 generations. We pride ourselves on promoting from within and developing our employees.
Our Maintenance positions are split into three tiers.
Secondary Maintenance- Starting at $15.50
- This position is a part time maintenance person. They must do maintenance at least one day per week. The other days they can be in a crew position
Primary Maintenance- Starting at $18.00
- This is the main maintenance employee at the location. They must be full time maintenance, fully trained and certified by the General Manager

The Inventory Lead provides on-site support to the warehouse and storage areas within a cannabis cultivation facility. In addition, leads will be responsible for tracking and auditing finished goods and raw materials within the facility. You may be cross-trained and asked to occasionally support other departments to meet business needs.

Position Overview:
The essential responsibilities of this position include learning how to install molds into molding machines, set up automation, secondary, and auxiliary equipment in a safe, correct, and efficient manner. This candidate must always strive to improve the quality and stability of the manufacturing process. The majority of this position is gaining a basic knowledge of all in house machinery knowledge of machine safety, machine functions and molding vocabulary. Responsibilities- Perform mold changes and setups on molding machines with assistance from Mold Tech and/or Process Tech. Continuously look for changeover process improvement.
- Mold changes and setups require the use of magnetic platens and traditional mold setting techniques.
- Develop and demonstrate a basic knowledge of all in house machinery knowledge of machine safety, machine functions, and molding machine vocabulary.
- Robotics Change End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT), load programs, starts, stops, and step through programs on multiple machines.
- Processing Load predefined part recipes, and verify to process sheet.
- Materials Identify various material types and understand general resin drying parameters.
- Quality Systems Demonstrate an understanding of molding defects, read blueprints, read and follow Quality Instructions (QI), demonstrated use of gauges, complete start-up check sheet.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Under the direction and supervision of the Department Production Manager and in cooperation with the Production Supervisor and Production Lead, weld metal components with welding equipment to fit and join, fabricate, and/or repair heavy and large mechanical products per specifications and in accordance with the production schedule.
Key Deliverables
Adhere to all safety rules and perform work at a quality level
Read and understand assigned blueprints prior to starting a project.
Participate in process and product development and improvement programs.
Accurately inspect metal prior to welding to ensure clean welds.
Perform grinding operations that comply with Astec's standards.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Ability to perform grinding and be able to pass a required welding skills test.
Necessary to be able to do all Grinder tasks.
Must be able to safely perform gang-welding techniques (dos and don'ts).
Must be able to safely weld vertical, flat, and overhead with both MiG and stick.
Must inspect metal prior to welding for smoothness and acceptability and clean welds to presentable state (grinding operations).
Must work with Fitters on proper assembly of equipment.
Keep work area clean and neat.
Clock in on assigned jobs as appropriate.
Ensure welding machine settings are appropriate for work to be performed.
Must be able to safely use cranes and forklifts.
Must be trained in and know PPE requirements for welding including hood and filter shades and arm/body protection.

What We Need from You:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
1 Year of Welding experience required.
Must have successful weld and bend test.
Heavy equipment manufacturing experience desired.
Ability to properly and safely MIG weld and arc gouging required.
Understanding and ability to read weld symbols, blueprints, and company drawings required.
Ability to understand and read a tape measure required.
Experience operating various hand, power, and hydraulic tools desired.
Experience operating forklifts, overhead hoists, and cranes desired.
Computer experience desired, particularly the ability to use a mouse and locate and open/close programs/files.
Must be able to read and understand weld symbols.
Must maintain welding machines by keeping them clean and changing liners in the welding guns.
Follows company policies and procedures at all times.
Follows proper safety rules and procedures at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:
High School Diploma or GED required.
0-1 Year of Welding experience required.
Heavy equipment manufacturing experience preferred
Computer experience desired, particularly the ability to use a mouse and locate and open/close programs/files.
Knowledge and ability to perform all Grinder tasks required.
