Join our team as a General Manager (GM) and lead our Corrugated Packaging business in Circleville, OH. As the GM, you will have overall responsibility for the success and profitability of the plant. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute business strategies while directly leading our operations, commercial sales and customer service teams. Reporting to the VP of Packaging, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth, customer value, and operational excellence.

Location: This position is a hybrid position based in our Circleville, OH facility. Frequent travel (40%+ approximately) for customer/field sales travel, or team collaboration is typical in this position. Relocation is offered within the United States for this position.

Commercial Leadership:

• Oversee day-to-day operations & commercial activities, including financial budgets, commercial processes, and direct client interaction.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, including the Manufacturing Leadership team, Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager, and their respective teams for Kansas City.
• Foster a customer-centric culture focused on performance excellence.
• Prioritize actions to drive customer satisfaction in both quality and service.
• Implement new and fast-growing technologies to upgrade manufacturing processes.
• Develop advanced manufacturing capabilities aligned with business priorities.
• Define ops/commercial vision, strategy, and organizational direction.

• Experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in B2B commercial sales, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Proven track record in talent development and team growth.

• Proficiency in managing profit and loss (P&L) statements.
• Experience in management within the corrugated or related packaging industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline and/or Master's of Business Administration (MBA) or a related advanced degree, a plus.

• Operates various hand tools, such as pliers, vice grips, hammers, squares, chisels, and screwdrivers, and power tools, such as grinders, drills, come-a-longs, saws, hydraulic knock-outs, and hydraulic jacks, to fit filter units.
  
• Uses TIG welding to put together parts of a filter unit.
  
• Reads blueprints to know how to fit metal parts together.
  
• Measures and uses math skills to accurately place parts and drill holes.
  
• Operates a crane or hand truck to move filter units.
  
• Performs minor maintenance on the welding machines.
  
• Performs housekeeping duties in the welding area.
  
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

• Leading a production and maintenance team to work injury-free and incident-free in a continuous mining and processing environment

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Geology, Earth Science or a related field and three (3) years of surface mining operations experience -- OR an Associate's Degree in Minning, Geology, Earth Science, Engineering or a related filed and six (6) or more years of experience --OR-- a High school diploma (or equivalent degree) and ten (10) years of surface mining operations experience.
• One (1) year leadership experience with direct reports
• Currently have, or able to obtain a Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) Instructor Card
• Currently have or able to obtain a Wyoming Blaster Certification
• Knowledge of Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations and policies
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with surface mine development and planning
• Experience with managing and maintaining a Heavy Mobile Equipment fleet

Preferred Qualifications:

• Building Products manufacturing experience
• Three (3) or more years leadership experience with direct reports
• Experience applying lean manufacturing techniques
• Experience in drill and blast activities
• Proficiency in Mine development and planning software, specifically Carlson and AutoCAD

Position Purpose

IR Techs use fluoroscopy (essentially real-time X-ray), specialized wires, stents and other tools to visualize the patient's condition in real time and also change what they see

What you will do:

• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the radiographic / digital imaging equipment and table positioning as appropriate for safe patient care.
• Demonstrates ability to acquire images and send images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
• Demonstrates ability to communicate verbally and in written form (e.g. sticky notes) clearly and effectively with other members of the team.
• Transports patients to and from procedural area, admitting and recovery area, and other areas within the hospital as needed.
• Assists with patient transfer to and from procedure table and stretcher.
• Establishes and maintains ongoing communication with the physician operator throughout procedures to facilitate patient safety, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn new procedures and coordinates in-service/education for other associates, as needed.
• Administers contrast media under the direction of a physician. Recognizes signs of a contrast reaction and responds appropriately with corrective action.
• Systematically reviews history and physical, lab values, prior imaging, and correlates invasive procedure protocol with patient’s physiological status. Communicates findings to physician operator and fellow team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved Diagnostic Radiology program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Able to respond on-site within 30 minutes when participating in the on-call rotation.
• Florida Licensed Radiologic Technologist, Radiography credentialing thru American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) (ARRT).
