Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the contract documents, project schedule (including the sequencing/phasing of the project and those activities that comprise the critical path on the project), staffing, project estimate and the coordination of project personnel.
  • Confer with Preconstruction Services during the preparation of estimates regarding means and methods, systems, schedule and general conditions.
  • Assign and monitor members of the project team to various tasks at the start and throughout all phases of the project.
  • Perform performance evaluations for all personnel assigned to this position.
  • Establish, implement, manage and enforce the Kitchell Safety Program and the Site Specific Safety Plan on the project and OSHA Guidelines as necessary to provide a safe work environment for the personnel on-site as well as other personnel that may be directly affected by the project.
  • Establish, implement, manage and enforce the Kitchell Quality Assurance Program and comprehensive quality control that enforces the requirements of the contract specifications, drawings and industry standards.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and contract documents.
  • Establish, implement, manage and enforce the administration and monitoring of all storm water prevention and fugitive dust regulations and prevention measures per the project's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and applicable environmental quality regulations.
  • Establish an effective and professional on-site working relationship with the owner, architects, engineers and inspectors related to the project.
  • Prepare and distribute Project Daily Reports which are to contain information related to, but not be limited to crew sizes, manpower count, detailed description of work performed by area/floor for each trade partner as well as equipment used, weather conditions, construction progress, issues, delays and verbal directives.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Critical Path Method and Lean Process Scheduling with the ability to apply this knowledge to building, maintaining and updating a thorough and accurate Project Schedule.
  • Develop recovery plans to mitigate any delays to the critical path of the project.
  • Monitor the development of the project expediting log and ensure that staff is updating the log weekly.
  • Ensure the Project Engineers are prepared to update the project schedule procurement activities accordingly.
  • Maintain a current and updated set of drawings (electronic or paper) in the field and help ensure that our Trade Partner personnel are using the same.
  • Develop and implement techniques, methods and systems for the project.
  • Implement improvements in work methods and materials to enhance quality, safety, productivity and management.
  • Demonstrate effective management of our Trade Partners in a manner that is conducive to a successful and timely project completion.
  • Establish project pre-planning activities to ensure coordinated efforts and outcomes in the field. Discuss and document during weekly coordination meetings.
  • Conduct Weekly Safety Meetings and Trade Partner Coordination Meetings.
  • Establish and maintain a process for "work to complete" and "pre-punch" lists throughout the project duration to minimize corrective work at the end of the project.
  • Establish and maintain a process for managing the completion of Kitchell pre-punch and Architect / Owner punch-lists.
  • Assist with close-out procedures by the contract documents and procedure manual.




Education and Experience

  • 7- 10 years of Superintendent experience.
  • Hospital project experience

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all project estimates are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the project. Become familiar with each estimate to fully support its integrity.
  • Review and monitor all design and construction phase documents for conformance with the budget, schedule and prime contract.
  • Prepare instructions and coordinate bidding process; review subcontractor bids for conformance, qualifications and financial factors.
  • Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, contract purchase orders, agreement change orders and change order requests.
  • Ensure preparation and implementation of project chart of accounts.
  • Confer with the Project Superintendent and the Scheduling Department to provide input for the pre-bid and master construction schedule.
  • Review the subcontract pre-billing worksheet and monthly progress payment request; and monitor payment receipts and disbursements.
  • Prepare monthly project forecasts, cost reports and construction billing forecasts and other monthly project reports as required.
  • Supervise, mentor and conduct quarterly check-ins for all employees assigned to this position. Perform regular performance reviews as required by company policy.




Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years industry experience and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture.
  • OR a minimum of 8 years of work experience in the construction industry without a degree can be considered.

Seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to support real estate attorneys in the Real Estate practice group and the firm's Managing Partner. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with firm leadership while supporting both a sophisticated commercial real estate practice and firm management.

The position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong organizational skills and prior experience in real estate law who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to several attorneys within the Real Estate practice group and the firm's Managing Partner
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and client communications
  • Support the Managing Partner with scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative needs, including coordination of firm management and leadership activities
  • Prepare, revise, and format transactional documents, correspondence, and closing materials
  • Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and closing binders
  • Assemble, organize, and distribute electronic closing books, including signature pages, recorded documents, title policies, and executed agreements

  • Manage electronic and filing systems, ensuring all transaction documents are properly saved, organized and accessible

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of legal assistant or administrative experience in a real estate or transactional practice
  • Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate documents and closing processes
  • Experience with document management and timekeeping systems, and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive and PowerPoint
  • Experience with DocuSign
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability and comfort to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, and third parties

What You Will Do

  • Perform direct line management activities and provides leadership for approximately 15-20 engineers within this technical group.

  • Provide technical oversight of CRADs, IRADs, projects and program support, as well as technical development of people, training, performance management, Radar Cross Section (RCS) measurement range management, and resource allocation.

  • Perform individual contributor workload in the leader’s subject matter discipline.

  • Team with the Department Leader in the execution of Materials and Process Engineering, Hardware Engineering Discipline and Raytheon Engineering goals. 

  • Ensure two-way communication for section members; serve as the day-to-day liaison to the programs concerning employee job assignments, performance, and recognition.

  • Responsibilities also include coordinating program staffing needs and reductions, optimizing resource utilization, and interviewing applicants.

  • Provide Materials and Process Engineering support to program’s product life cycle (design reviews, gate reviews, Material Review Board, Change Control Board, Process Change Board, and engineering peer reviews). 

  • Provide oversight to ensure the accuracy of technical output of each assignment based on data and analyses. 

  • Interface with other organizations across the Raytheon Enterprise such as Mission Assurance & Quality, Operations, Reliability, and Supply Chain. 

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Signature Management & Technology (Low Observables)

  • Experience with Computational Electromagnetic Codes (CEM)

  • Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design

  • Experience in prior leadership roles (frontline or project leader, experience leading teams)
