BGS is seeking a Computer Hardware and Integration Engineer within Government Training Engineering (GTE) in Hazelwood, MO or Oklahoma City, OK. The GTE Hardware Design team is responsible for the design and development of aircrew & maintenance training devices.
A successful candidate will have the ability to maintain and evolve computing standards, support hardware design and integration for onboard computer systems, crew station I/O, networking, video processing, and cockpit displays, and serve as a centralized technical resource for computer-related issues across programs. This role coordinates with suppliers on new designs and obsolescence management, supports acquisition and production engineering activities, and acts as the subject matter expert for computational systems used across all GTE training platforms. The successful candidate will drive common solutions across programs, capture and share lessons learned, and contribute to continuous process and product improvement.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the Hazelwood, MO facility or the Oklahoma City, OK facility.
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain and evolve computing standards and standard computer drawings; research and recommend new computers and related products
- Coordinate computer definition, acquisition, supplier engagement, and obsolescence management
- Support hardware design and integration for computers, crew station I/O, networking, video processing, and cockpit displays
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for computer issues, lessons learned, and cross-program problem resolution

The Business Development Officer II (BDO) is accountable to work across the firm to identify opportunities that deliver the entire suite of Texas Capital products and services to prospective clients that meet their financial needs. This position is responsible for implementing the title services program in the Office of Land Management by providing state-wide assistance to MnDOT in securing good and marketable title to the real estate the agency acquires.
Duties include:
- Implementing the title services program in the Office of Land Management by traveling to various counties within the State of Minnesota to research and analyze the land records for tracts of land and preparing a title opinion based upon principles of real estate law, including Minnesota Title Standards.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Chief Investment Officer to build and lead our investment function across litigation finance and law firm M&A. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will own investment strategy, portfolio construction, and risk management for a growing, national platform.
The CIO will work closely with firm leadership and partner law firms to originate, underwrite, and manage a portfolio of litigation related investments and strategic acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute the firm’s overall investment strategy for litigation finance and law‑firm M&A, aligned with Pravati Capital and 1787 Legal Group’s growth objectives and risk appetite.
• Lead underwriting, structuring, and pricing of litigation finance opportunities, including case‑level and portfolio‑level analysis, scenario modeling, and outcome‑probability assessments.
• Oversee sourcing, evaluation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions involving law firms or legal services businesses, in collaboration with legal, finance, and operations teams.
• Build and manage a diversified portfolio, monitoring performance, risk exposures, concentration, and liquidity, and adjust strategy in response to market and portfolio dynamics.
• Establish and maintain robust risk‑management frameworks, investment policies, and committee processes, ensuring disciplined decision‑making and documentation.
• Chair or play a leading role in the Investment Committee, presenting opportunities, recommendations, and post‑investment performance updates.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing team of analysts and investment professionals; select and manage external managers, advisors, and co‑investment partners as needed.
• Collaborate with compliance and outside counsel to ensure adherence to applicable SEC and ABS regulations, securities laws, and law‑firm professional‑responsibility obligations.
• Represent 1787 Legal Group with key external stakeholders, including investors, partner law firms, borrowers, and strategic acquirers.
What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in litigation finance, law‑firm lending, private credit, or closely related alternative investments.
• Proven track record sourcing, structuring, and closing credit or funding deals with professional‑services or law‑firm counterparties.
• Strong credit judgment, financial modeling, and portfolio‑management skills.
• Ability to work directly with founders, partners, and investors in a fast‑moving environment.
• No specific degree required; we care about demonstrated results and judgment.
