My client is seeking to add an Associate Attorney to their General Liability and Product Liability practice group in any of our Southern California offices (Los Angeles and Irvine). The candidate should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in handling Defense General Liability and Product Liability cases.
My client is a nationally renowned litigation law firm concentrating on complex civil matters. The firm's expertise is diverse but focused in the areas of toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation. Job Details
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California.
Independently manage a litigation caseload.
Conduct depositions.
Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
Review and analyze discovery requests.
Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing.
Trial preparation and support.
Maintain accurate time records.
Candidate Requirements
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: general liability and product liability.
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Must be admitted to practice in the state of California.
Experience with motion practice and depositions.
Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
Capable of independent work.
Work in an organized and efficient manner.
Superior research and writing skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to analyze complex matters.

Per client, "We are a multi-modality spine and joint practice that primarily treats injured patients. With over 18 years of experience, we are committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to all patients. Our organizationconsists of chiropractic clinics, Diagnostic MRI facilities and interventional pain management and orthopedic specialists. We have over 19 locations statewide and over 22 providers. We employ over 160 team members and have exciting 2019 expansion plans toinclude out of state locations. Our clinics are Joint Commission accredited as we take quality and safety extremely serious.
We currently have an opening for a full-time orthopedic surgeon to support our Coral Springs, Miami Lakes and Kendall offices with minimal monthly travel to our Fort Myers location. Our offices are fully equipped for procedures with certifiedtrained Radiology Technicians. Our practice does not offer chronic medication management. We treat acute injuries and refer patients that require medication management to outside specialists.
Our hours are typically 8:30-5pm, but some physicians prefer to adjust this based on traffic and needs, which we usually can accommodate. The schedule is usually about 20-25 patients per day, 3 to 4 days per week with 1 to 2 operatingdays per week.

The Coordinator will work closely with the Social Media Content Producer to bring the content strategy to life and ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily posting across all social media platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the approved content calendar.
- Conduct community management, including responding to comments and messages, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand-relevant conversations.
- Source, organize, and manage UGC; communicate with creators as needed and ensure proper usage rights.
- Assist with light iPhone content capture during shoots or day-to-day needs (behind-the-scenes, trending content, simple concept videos, etc.).
- Perform basic editing of short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms as needed.
- Maintain the visual grid layout for Instagram in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Social Media Content Producer, CEO, and Brand Strategist to support monthly content shoots and broader social initiatives.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Track and report basic performance and engagement metrics weekly; flag notable insights or opportunities.
- Ensure all content meets brand standards and is posted in a timely, organized manner.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media coordination or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Comfortable capturing content on an iPhone and performing basic video editing.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written communication and a strong sense of brand voice.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction while also being proactive.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools is a plus.

Position Overview
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, ensuring that each engagement reflects our dedication to exceptional service. You will organize and manage sales and prospect information, which is crucial to enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will oversee deposits, refunds, and applications to ensure all financial processes run smoothly. Coordinating a seamless move-in process for new residents will also be a key responsibility, helping you create a welcoming environment from day one. You will also assist with various communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every message while upholding confidentiality to protect sensitive information. Qualifications
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant sales experience; candidates with relevant or equivalent experience are encouraged to apply as well.
- Preferred experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or hospitality.
- Associate’s degree required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Energetic and able to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Calm, mature, independent, with good judgment, and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with team members, prospects, families, and board members.
- Flexible and able to adapt to different situations while enjoying working with senior adults.
- Capable of performing usual office duties.
- Able to give tours of the sales office and future community.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot systems is a plus.
- Strong recordkeeping skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone skills are required.

The Creative Marketing Strategist is a key member of The Kendal Corporation’s marketing, sales, and communications team, overseeing customer service for Affiliates and The Kendal Corporation’s Leadership Team.
In this role, the Creative Marketing Strategist is tasked with creating engaging content for branded assets, which include and the internal website, Kendal Net. This role involves collaborating with external vendors to ensure high-quality work, working closely with team members across the Affiliate system, and being accountable for meeting project deliverables.
A critical aspect of the Strategist’s responsibilities is providing customer service to our Affiliates, serving as the primary point of contact for business needs and delivering timely support. The Strategist will use tools such as Monday and the Marketing Portal to manage support requests, engage other team members and vendors for assistance, and track resources and project planning.
To successfully complete in-house projects, the Creative Marketing Strategist must possess strong editing, graphic design, and WordPress skills. Additionally, they will partner with the Sales and Marketing Operations Director to ensure that projects and business needs are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate support and service coordination - Serve as the primary point of contact for Affiliate marketing teams and maintain project management software such as Monday to track TKC marketing projects.
Content Creation and Brand Stewardship - Create and execute content for Affiliates, develop print and digital marketing assets, apply graphic design principles for brand consistency, use generative services for content alignment, and update the Kendal Corporate Style Guide with the Senior Director.
Design internal communications for Kendal Net - Coordinate with the Kendal Net Task Force to manage internal communications, ensure content alignment across key business areas, develop workflow processes for accurate updates, regularly update Kendal Net with engaging content, and measure and report engagement metrics to stakeholders.
Digital & Content Strategy for external website, - Work with the Sales & Marketing Operations Director to create website and social media content for better visibility and engagement, boost Kendal's social media presence through regular Affiliate postings, and collaborate with IT and external agencies for an effective online presence.
Stakeholder & Internal Communications - Coordinate with our public relations agency for the digital distribution of the Annual Report and partner with them to share the quarterly “Forefront” e-newsletter through email and Kendal Net, highlighting internal communications and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a marketing-related field
· 5-7 years of experience in account management or content creation position.
· Knowledge of the senior living or health care services field is a plus
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
