Duties vary based on position, but might include explaining and selling retail merchandise and adventure tours in the retail store, taking phone reservations in the reservations department, selling on-site water activities like Kayak and SUP rentals, interfacing with hotel guests at the concierge desk, coordinating tour check in and dispatch at the tour desk and coordinating with our subsidiaries, preferred sales affiliates and guests. The Resort Transportation Driver is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests while transporting their luggage and providing other services as needed. The successful candidate is professional, personable, and has excellent customer service skills.

Job Summary: The Emergency Services Coordinator will inspect and audit all Safety regulatory compliance for the entire Six Flags property. They will also participate in Fire Protection and assist the EMS team when necessary.

- Investigate accidents that occur onsite and identify possible causes of the accident

- NJ Firefighter 1 Certified
- ICS 100 (Introduction to ICS)
- ICS 200.c (ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents) *Must be in-person
- IS-700 (National Incident Management System)
- IS-800 (National Response Framework)
- Current EMT-B Certification (NJ State or Nationally Certified)
- Current and Valid CPR Certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with employees and park leadership.
- Ability to pass pre-employment written and physical testing, and skills assessment.
Pay Rate: $19.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
Interacting with employees, guests, and vendors providing directions and assistance.
Protecting employees, guests, and company property.
Enforcing resort policies.
Controlling park access, checking vehicle permits and scanning ID badges for team members, vendors, and contractors.
Patrolling and inspecting assigned areas of the resort for safety hazards, including fire, theft, and vandalism.
Keeping unauthorized personnel out of restricted areas.
Greeting and screening those entering through metal detection and checking bags for prohibited items.
Rapidly responding to active alarms, first aid, and other emergency situations.
Patrolling ride queue lines, removing line jumpers to ensure an efficient boarding process.
Writing detailed reports of damage, incident logs, and security records.
Escorting guests and team members as needed for assistance and protection.

Able to lift and/or carry moderately heavy loads.

The Resort Transportation Driver is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests while transporting their luggage and providing other services as needed. The successful candidate is professional, personable, and has excellent customer service skills.

Β· Pickup, transport, and drop off Resort guests to and from Resort, Theme Park, Water Park, Safari, and guest parking lot
Β· Safely load, unload, and transfer luggage in and out of vehicles
Β· Converse with guest while providing information on the property, resort, and amenities offered
Β· Maintain cleanliness of transportation vehicles, work location, property, and hotel perimeter
Β· Transport guest and luggage from Resort Lodge to their accommodations
Β· Tags articles and stores luggage in an organize manner
Β· Ensure the appropriate amount of transport vehicles and seats are available prior to guest arrival based on reservation size
Β· Communicate guests needs and information to Front Desk staff in a timely manner
Β· Supplies guests with travel information, such as transportation information, routes and schedules
Β· Act as a runner for Front Desk team as needed
Β· Assists other departments as needed
