The Sr. National Sales Manager for K-12 Bid is the subject matter expert responsible for the national K-12 bid strategy, planning, and execution of our Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. Portfolio (Yoplait, GoGURT, Trix Yogurt, & Mountain High) within the K-12 segment. This is a highly analytical and technical commercial role focused on maximizing our participation and profitability in all state and national school district bid cycles, aligning our product portfolio with USDA SBP/NSLP/CACFP regulations. Key responsibilities for this position include:
Bid Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and implement a comprehensive multi-year K-12 bid strategy, focusing on the top 250 school districts nationwide. Translation of this strategy into tools for the K-12 Bid Specialist team to execute at the Broker in partnership with Marketing. Direct responsibility to call on the top districts across the U.S. with our Broker partners.
Reporting & P&L Management: Work with the sales operations and data and analytics team to code, scrub, and process all bids to report wins/losses/maintenance of bids annually, so we can strategically monitor regional competitive pricing trends and iterate our strategy.
Channels Expertise: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the K-12 segment, considering specific nuances of USDA regulation changes, monitoring state legislation closely to influence product renovation needs, and partnering closely with State & National School Nutrition Association.
Collaboration/Internal Influence: Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to align internal resources to meet the complex needs of the K-12 and champion the opportunity to keep kids well fed and ready to learn in schools with our portfolio.

Position Overview:
This is a hands-on technical leadership and program management role responsible for delivering detailed thermal and airflow analyses across Boeing commercial and military derivative airplane programs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and engineers to produce high quality , timely results that support design trade studies, certification, supplier engagement, and in service troubleshooting.

- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior marketing leadership, demonstrating executive presence and data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate competitive luxury travel digital experiences and emerging technologies to inform innovation and long-term strategic direction.
Experience: 8-12+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or lifecycle marketing leadership, preferably within luxury travel, hospitality, or high-consideration purchase environments. Proven experience leading cross-functional digital initiatives and managing high-performing teams. Experience leading or supporting CMS, enterprise-level email service providers, marketing automation platforms, or digital platform migrations strongly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills: Deep understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, including CMS, CRM, ESP/marketing automation, CDP, personalization platforms, and reservation systems.
Demonstrated ability to understand how data flows between systems and how business rules, segmentation logic, and booking triggers drive lifecycle execution.
Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities with experience leveraging analytics, testing frameworks, and performance dashboards.
Demonstrated ability to drive performance optimization and operational excellence.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence skills within matrixed organizations.
Strong background in digital content strategy with demonstrated experience maintaining brand voice, editorial accuracy, and high production standards across web and email channels.
Exceptional written communication skills with strong editorial judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
