As a Junior Associate within the Payments Strategy & Transformation Pricing team, you will be responsible for taking pricing decisions from initial conception through to execution and ongoing implementation. A core part of the Business Transformations group, the team largely operates on a deal-by-deal basis, supporting Payments Sales teams on everything related to deal pricing including deal price modeling, governance & approvals, and billing & implementations.

- Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving; able to break down and structure complex problems, then develop data-driven solutions to guide management decision-making

The Healthcare, Higher Education & Non-Profit team is part of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Bank in its Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries group. In this role you will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships with the world’s most innovative companies. We work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to deliver the entire firm to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with non-profit clients whose annual revenue ranges from $50 million to $150 million.
- Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset by serving as a Relationship Manager for HHN customers and prospects
- Develop new, and deepen existing, HHN relationships by focusing on key commercial banking solutions (e.g. credit, treasury, liquidity) and partner with other lines of business and business segments (e.g. Public Finance, Asset Management, and Consumer Banking) to develop fulsome relationships for the firm
- Stay current with HHN industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships and bring thought leadership to our HHN customers and prospects
- Serve as an ambassador for the firm by bringing the full resources of JPMorgan Chase to our HHN customers and prospects (e.g. Corporate Responsibility, ESG, DEI)
- Mentor junior members on the HHN team, including Analysts and Associates, to contribute to the long-term success of our business and to assist with talent development
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 5 plus years’ direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Knowledge of the local market
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Sales management and business development skills

Job responsibilities
- Advise the Chief Data and Analytics Office on all aspects of AI transformation and governance at JPMorganChase. Provide legal support and advise stakeholders across issues relating to artificial intelligence and advanced technologies within the organization.
- Act as legal counsel on firmwide regulatory implementation programs, and advise on other emerging laws and regulations relating to artificial intelligence.
- Structure, draft and negotiate agreements and relationships with vendors, partners and other third parties related to artificial intelligence technology.
- Support attorneys across lines of business with the integration of AI into their products and services, including advising on enterprise and platform risk and appropriate mitigation.

- 5 years minimum of experience as a technology attorney in a law firm or in‑house role.

- Familiarity with global regulatory issues relevant to the use of artificial intelligence technology in financial services, including cloud, outsourcing and third‑party risk management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and legal research skills.

Responsibilities- Provide trusted and practical legal support to sales, account opening and service escalation teams for deposit and cash management services including for core deposit products (checking, savings, CDs) offered to small businesses.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance and control partners to ensure appropriate awareness, escalation and resolution of issues including around mitigation of fraud and continued implementation of best practices.
