SUMMARY:Under supervision of an anesthesiologist, participates or assists in the administration of anesthetics by inhalation, intravenous, regional, and neuraxial methods. Participates under the supervision of a physician in intubation and resuscitation of newborn infants. Performs related duties as required.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: NOTE: The following are the duties performed by employees in this classification. However, employees may perform other related duties at an equivalent level. Not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each individual in the classification.
1. Provides anesthesia services as part of the anesthesiology team model; conducts patient assessments including interview, physical examination and chard review to determine any risks and recommend the appropriate anesthesia; administers anesthesia to patients in surgery, in the labor delivery suite, and in other areas of the hospital involving such procedures as the administration of diagnostic and therapeutic nerve blocks.
2. Assists in post-anesthesia care of patients and keeps the supervising anesthesiologist or surgeon informed of patient's status.
3. Responds to "Code Blues" as necessary; assists in resuscitations and difficult intubations, and assists in intubation and resuscitation of newborn infants.
4. Cleans, checks, and restores the anesthesia equipment in the different service areas of the hospital; orders drugs and anesthesia supplies.
5. Assists in the evaluation of new techniques and procedures in anesthesiology for introduction into the service.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; Graduate of a school of anesthesia complying with the standards of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the California State Board of Registered Nurses.
Minimum Experience: Two years of full-time experience in the administration of anesthetics by inhalation and intravenous methods in an active acute hospital or clinic may be substituted for the educational requirement. Experience in obstetrical and emergency anesthesia and experience in the intubation and resuscitation of newborn infants is considered desirable.
Required Licenses/Certifications: BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications at the time of hire.Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Required Licenses/Certifications: Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist by the California State Board of Registered Nurses.

Inside the Job
Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Drive sales working with our top dealers in high priority markets; support RFPs routed to your assigned dealers, assist with customer questions to “close” the sale, support competitive bids specifying MillerKnoll products

Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for underwriting low-income housing tax credit projects, driving deals through the closing process, managing and coordinating Credit Committee memos, and providing in-depth analysis of key diligence items to recommend actions to the Committee and Risk Officer. In this process, the Account Manager performs an unbiased evaluation of transactions, structuring tax credit investments, measuring the risks, and identifying mitigants associated with these transactions.
Essential Job Functions:
Function/Responsibility
As part of underwriting assigned proposed tax credit investments:
- Understands all facets of the deal, including but not limited to guarantor review, income and expense analysis, financial underwriting, and due diligence review
- Facilitates due diligence collection and review
- Joins and is an active participant in closing calls to maintain the closing timeline
- Prepares and presents the Investment Memo package – including narratives, descriptions, risks and mitigants, and other ad hoc analyses illustrating pertinent aspects of the investment – for internal approval at various times during the closing process
- Owns the financial model throughout the closing process, including the maintenance of yield from LOI through Closing
- Identifies and elevates risk items or changes to the Originator, Risk Officer, or other parties affected by changes and identifies mitigants
- Provides regular updates with AVP of Accounts Management; EVP, Acquisitions; and Risk Officer regarding deal underwriting progress including status of closing checklist review, review of due diligence materials, transaction timing, and problematic issue identification and resolution to assist in the management of the closing pipeline
- Collaborates with Originator to enable coordinated communication with Developer partners using a positive and proactive approach that will foster long-term positive relationships.
- Ensures that OCCH’s underwriting guidelines are met on each transaction

· Work with plant direct and indirect labor to manage daily operations and consistently apply practices and enforce policies.
· Working with the Quality organization, manage the corrective action process. This is achieved through utilization of 8D/A3 problem solving, and customer audits. Achieve Cost Reduction through championing data-drive decisions and utilization of Lean and Six-Sigma problem-solving techniques.
· Must take ownership and accountability for improving safety throughout the operation and support the organization’s overall HSSE mission
· Drive continuous improvement processes by utilizing CMOS techniques to increase output and lower costs in manufacturing/assembly areas.
· Support and ensure ISO 9001 processes and procedures are maintained and coordinates preventative measures to enhance system capability. Provide leadership for problem resolution and use formalized root-cause problem solving approaches (5-Why, 4-Block, 8D, etc.) to effectively define problems and drive to solutions.
Requirements
Experience and/or Training:
- Five (5) or more years of experience in assembly manufacturing / ISO 9001 organization.
- Three (3) years in a comparable leadership / management position is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written skills. Ability to communicate and influence effectively cross-functionally and at all levels.
- Demonstrated skills of building processes and teams.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills -- both oral and written, demonstrated by the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from production employees, groups of managers, peers and occasionally customers.
- In-depth experience with lean manufacturing methods and continuous improvement mindset. Must have demonstrated skills in use of visual management to manage daily operations. Passion for root cause analysis and methodical problem solving.

A sales position responsible for all sales of company owned brands. Sales channels include; Retail (primary), C-Stores, Club Stores and Food Service. Responsibilities include all aspects of the sales process from planning, budgeting, distribution and marketing. A key focus is the company’s core market of Chicago but the position has no geographical bounds as sales responsibilities and activities include any and all business domestic and international.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer service – Replies to customer service inquiries. Request customer feedback and helps with problem solving.
• Builds relationships at retail with meat, deli, and grocery management.
• Deliver sales volume plans for independent retailers and wholesalers by conducting in-store selling for Bobak products. Manage shelving standards by reducing out of stocks, sku alignment, and demo coordination.
• Daily visits to top retail key accounts: Pete’s Fresh Market, Tony’s Finer Foods, Caputo’s Fresh Market, Fairplay, Brookhaven, Berkot’s, Shop n Save, Strack n Vantil, Walt’s, etc.
