The Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Floorcovering Facility Management or Sales Representative role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into a Floorcovering Operations Manager or Field Technician position upon successfully completing the initial 8-to-12-week training. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Portfolio Oversight:
- Oversee the performance of a diverse multifamily portfolio across multiple states and property types.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Director, Hospitality Asset Management for District Wharf Properties (DWP) is responsible for the strategic oversight, financial performance, and operational excellence of the hotel portfolio within The District Wharf ("The Wharf"), a 3.3M SF mixed-use development located along the Potomac River in Southwest D.C.
This individual will be responsible for maximizing asset profitability and long-term valuation for a portfolio of four upscale, upper-upscale, and luxury hotels. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Investment Management, the Director will serve as the primary Ownerβs Representative, ensuring that third-party operators align with DWPβs high standards for guest experience, bottom-line performance, and the integrated programming of uses across the neighborhood.

Securian Financial Corporate Compliance is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Consultant to lead and mature regulatory change tracking, impact assessment, and implementation across our insurance business. This role will be a key driver of end-to-end regulatory change management - from monitoring and triage, to business impact analysis, to partnering with stakeholders to implement operational changes, update policy/procedure documentation, and establish/refresh monitoring and control plans.
The ideal candidate has direct experience operating a regulatory change management process in a life insurance/annuities environment, is comfortable influencing across functions, and can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical execution plans that strengthen our compliance program and reduce enterprise risk.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Position Responsibilities:
Develop software requirements and design for a Vehicle Management System (VMS)
Apply model-based system engineering techniques to design and verify system requirements
Interpret requirements to formulate and test mathematical models
Work with subject matter experts, design solutions for a variety of capabilities such as airplane subsystems (i.e. actuation), signal processing, redundancy management, system monitoring, and controls
Coordinate and integrate requirements across engineering disciplines
Verify and validate software against designed requirements in virtual and hardware test environments
Conduct analysis to support certification of a Vehicle Management System
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Role OverviewThe Order Management Associate will be a part of the Supply Chain team and will report directly to the Supply Chain Team Lead of Master Builders Solutions Admixture U.S. LLC. The primary function of the role is order management i.e. order entry, confirmation of stock availability and allocations, communication regarding ability to meet request dates, proactive and reactive identification and resolution of order, delivery, and billing issues. This individual will be responsible for answering and resolving matters through incoming calls on both their direct as well as our 800-line queue. They will also be responsible to collaborate with teammates to manage group mailboxes and respond to various requests for service and/or documents internally and externally.
Responsibilities- Primary point of contact for order entry and order-related communications.
- Responsible for accurate and timely entry of all manual orders, samples, returns or order changes.
- Order confirmations and communications regarding ability to meet initial request dates.
- Follow up on credit releases for urgent orders.
- Management of 800-line queue and voice mailbox - direct interaction with customers.
- E-commerce order reviews and releases.
- Entry and management billing adjustments
- Provide shipment-related documents upon request.
- Manage order related issues start-to-finish, including managing weekly exception reporting.
- Work with Sales and Transportation to determine when expediting shipments is required.
- Other relevant tasks as requested by management.

Role Overview:
The Senior Management Consultant is a key member of Neudesicβs Business Transformation & Strategy (BxS) service line. The role reports to the Director of Business Transformation. This role supports the successful delivery of business-led digital transformation engagements, providing clients with strategic insights, capability analysis, and structured roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.
This consultant serves as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, helping to bridge business strategy with technology execution using business architecture and organizational change management principles. The role also supports pre-sales activities, backlog creation, and helps train and mentor junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Architecture & Strategic Advisory
- Conduct business capability assessments, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for digital innovation.
- Create and apply business architecture models to align strategic objectives with operational and technology plans.
- Support the development of product visions, solution roadmaps, and opportunity backlogs for clients across industries.
- Translate business goals and market trends into structured transformation plans, in collaboration with BxS leadership.
- Develop and maintain key strategic artifacts, including:
- Business capability maps
- Business process diagrams
- Functional analysis frameworks
- Solution ideation documents
2. Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Support stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and change impact analysis as part of transformation engagements.
- Collaborate with clients to identify change champions, define training needs, and support communication strategies.
- Ensure business transformation recommendations are adoption-focused, combining structural and behavioral change planning.
- Track and help measure change adoption metrics and business value realization post-implementation.
3. Delivery Execution
- Contribute to the delivery of complex transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Work with technical teams, including App Innovation and Data & AI, to ensure business needs are properly translated into technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and shape the future-state vision.
- Support the scoping of transformation initiatives into manageable backlogs, working with delivery leads and product owners.
- Participate in agile ceremonies where needed to provide business context and track progress toward business objectives.
4. Pre-Sales & Sales Support
- Assist in the creation of proposals, client pitch decks, and strategic recommendations that clearly define business impact.
- Contribute to industry-specific POVs and transformation playbooks, working alongside national service line and sales teams.
- Participate in client discovery and strategy workshops, identifying pain points and potential transformation initiatives.
- Help articulate the business case and value proposition of BxS-led engagements to client stakeholders.
5. Thought Leadership & Internal Development
- Support the creation of internal BxS methodologies, toolkits, and reusable frameworks.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the BxS practice.
- Stay informed of technology and industry trends, helping to ensure client recommendations are future facing.
- Participate in internal initiatives around business architecture enablement, product strategy, or OCM maturity.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, business architecture, or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into executable roadmaps and capability models.
- Strong understanding of organizational change concepts, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
- Experience in conducting discovery workshops, business analysis, and backlog creation.
- Exposure to agile delivery environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with business and technology stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business architecture tools such as BPMN, capability mapping tools, or enterprise modeling platforms is a plus.
- Experience working across industries or in a specific vertical (e.g., healthcare, retail, energy) preferred.
