Position Overview

The IT Manager - Business Operations will focus on managing the business systems, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure while aligning technology with business goals, evaluates technical needs and implements solutions that meet business goals, while serving as a liaison between mid-level management and IT to collect, analyze, communicate, and validate business needs for changes impacting information systems. Candidate should understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.


Qualifications


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


Experience:

  • 5+ years driving business transformation through IT execution in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in ERP system, experienced in project planning, prioritization, and monitoring
  • Expertise in analyzing software systems across Manufacturing and Engineering and functions

  • Systems Analysis & Solutioning: Design and implement technical solutions across platforms, perform hands-on development, and establish standards and automation to accelerate delivery. Apply advanced problem-solving to resolve complex technical challenges.
