Responsibilities
The Licensed Practical Nurse plans, coordinates, provides and manages nursing care, services and health education to nursing home guests.
* Supervise the care/services provided by the LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members who care for guests.

House Supervisor, RN - Cedar Falls Medical Center
As a House Supervisor, you will serve as an administrative resource to all hospital departments in the absence of administrators and department managers, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care. You will supervise the provision of nursing care both clinically and administratively while facilitating effective communication to maintain a clear understanding of patient and facility needs. In this role, you will actively participate in patient placement, prioritize the needs of patient care units, and stay informed about the overall medical center situation. Driving Sales
• Cultivating guest relations through regular table visits

Opening Procedures
• Work with opening Chef to properly prepare the restaurant for service
• Daily walk-through of prepped items
• Create prep lists for each day
• Review daily sales log from previous day and popular item trends and make necessary adjustments prep quantities.
• Discuss pre-shift tasting food items
• Review labor log from day before
• Identify employees that did not clock out; adjust and train on proper procedures
• Follow up on employees that were scheduled and were not clocked in
• Prepare communication for daily shift
• Make adjustments to following days schedules based on needs
• Put a copy of Daily Roster Report at Host stand and a copy on Manager clipboard
• Print Floor Chart Maps and input daily roster

OverviewThe House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers property specific, etc.).
Responsibilities- Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
- Shampoo carpets in the public areas according to hotel standards.
- Shampoo furniture as needed.
- Handle all requests for luggage assistance in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
- Handle items for \"Lost and Found\" according to hotel standards.
- Clean guestrooms as needed.
- Have knowledge of and assist in all emergency procedures.
- Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order.
- Maintain storage of hotel equipment in proper area.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
- Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.

Education, License & Cert:
High school diploma (or its equivalent) is required.
Experience:
Office Management experience or experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
Essential Functions:
1. Maintains, updates, upholds and enforces house rules and policies.
2. Responsible for handling of money and directing donations.
3. Maintain an overall homelike environment, coordinate general security, and manages check in/registration and check out processes as well as guest orientation.
4. Maintains statistics and financial information for reporting purposes.
5. Maintains payroll information, volunteer hours as well as the related scheduling, supervision and orientation of these resources.
6. Prepares written risk management reports as needed.
7. Assist in safeguarding and maintaining equipment, maintains general order and cleanliness of the facility. This may include but not limited to: light housekeeping, laundry inventory, changing light bulbs, making morning coffee, shoveling/de‐icing walkways, clean‐up of kitchen etc.
8. Monitors and replenishes household supplies.
9. Assist in fundraising efforts.
