Your Role


Inventory & Diamond Management

  • Maintain precise tracking of diamond and gemstone inventory including carat weight, specifications, certification numbers, and costs
  • Manage agreements with suppliers, tracking deadlines and coordinating returns
  • Coordinate stone deliveries with suppliers and couriers, maintaining chain of custody documentation
  • Organize and maintain GIA/IGI certificates and authentication documentation


Production Coordination

  • Track all active projects to ensure production milestones are met on time
  • Coordinate across designers, jewelers, and vendors to keep timelines aligned
  • Flag delays early and problem-solve to keep projects on track


Shipping, Packing & Logistics

  • Pack high-value jewelry pieces to ROEN standards with meticulous attention to presentation and security
  • Manage shipping logistics including insurance, signature requirements, and tracking
  • Coordinate local deliveries, pickups, and courier services with urgency and care
  • Manage calendar for client pickups, deliveries, and deadlines


Administrative & Compliance

  • Maintain insurance documentation for inventory and shipments
  • Reconcile inventory costs with sales for financial reporting

We are a luxury fine jewelry house specializing in natural fancy-color diamonds and rare emeralds. As we expand globally across retail and digital channels, our website operates as both a brand world and a high-performing revenue engine.


You will be part of a fast-growing team operating inside one of the most exciting shifts in fine jewelry today — a category redefining rarity, color, and long-term value. Natural fancy-color diamonds are transforming how modern luxury is viewed, and Khepri is leading that movement.


This role sits at the intersection of Shopify backend, digital marketing, merchandising, and revenue growth.

What you will own:

Shopify & Site Management

• Product uploads (variants, metafields, tagging)

• PDP accuracy — imagery, video, pricing, descriptions

• Collection builds + homepage merchandising

• Landing page builds for launches and campaigns

• Inventory syncing + backend organization

• QA checks before launches

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in managing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google) alongside partners

• Monitor campaign performance and report on ROAS, CPA, and traffic quality

• Support email + SMS execution (campaign builds + flows)

• Assist in SEO optimization across PDPs and collections

• Identify conversion friction and propose improvements

• Support retargeting and funnel optimization efforts

Performance & Reporting

• Weekly reporting on traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue

• Track growth metrics and surface actionable insights

What we are looking for:

• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

• Shopify backend experience required

• Understanding of paid media metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPA)

• Analytical mindset — comfortable inside dashboards

• Strong attention to detail

• Organized, proactive, and growth-oriented

• Luxury, fashion, or DTC brand experience a plus

This individual is fashion obsessed and client and brand centric with all efforts. With the goal of supporting client needs through styling efforts, this individual is a passionate brand ambassador who is responsible for promoting brand engagement with clients, partners and within their city. This role will act as a representative of Rails in the daily business operations of the store and support all store initiatives set out by management including superior client engagement, store upkeep, operational support, ensuring visual standards while driving for sales results and KPI goals.

Responsibilities:

Performance:

  • Support floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store both front of house and back of house are achieved
  • Be a support to execute business plans to accelerate the business forward
  • Culture: Be an ambassador to the brand and promote the culture of Rails internally and externally

Client Centric:

  • Support the acquisition and retention of clients are key focuses and as such create and cultivate client relationships for the store and brand overall
  • Ensure that you deliver the best possible client experience with every type of engagement (in store, virtual, alternate mediums)
  • Follow through on customer journey as required to ensure a content client
  • Support the needs of the client through styling advice and suggestion with every engagement
  • Solution oriented approach to finding resolutions to customer service issues as necessary

Marketing & Community:

  • In partnership with Store Management Team, bring to life activations/ events in the store that seek client acquisition and focus on client retention/ development

Team Player:

  • Support a positive work environment
  • Demonstrate your ability to support a positive environment and partner with teams and throughout store network including cross functional partners
  • Support performance initiatives set out by Store Management
  • Attend and participate at store meetings as required by the business

Visuals:

  • Support omnichannel functions, including Order-in-Store, Ship-from-Store, Pickup-in-Store, Reserve-in-Store, with a focus on achieving Omni-specific KPIs as set out by Management
  • Ensure personal compliance when completing all processes as it pertains to legal, safety, and internal procedures
  • Partner with cross functional partners including Stores within network, Operations, Visual Team, CRM, Retail Training, HR, Merchandise teams, Regional management as necessary
  • Additional projects/ responsibilities may arise in accordance with the needs of the business


Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment preferred
  • Fashion enthusiasts and retail experience within women’s and men’s apparel preferred
  • Ability to effectively create, manage and adhere to deadlines
  • Familiar with key retail performance indicators
  • Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate
  • Strong organizational skills, writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable and savvy with computer technology and software within PC and iOS platforms
  • Ability to climb ladders
