Position Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting external recruiting activities and pre-employment processes to ensure an efficient and positive candidate and new hire experience. The External Recruiter manages applicant tracking system activities, external job postings, candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and onboarding logistics while leading internship programs and job fairs.Essential Functions

Responsibilities
- Help lead and supervise factory production
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly targets with factory leadership
- Ensure daily goals, priorities, and expectations are met by production staff.
- Maintain efficient workflow, sequencing, and labor planning
- Oversee framing, structural work, doors, windows, trim, and finish carpentry
- Read and interpret plans, details, and specifications
- Inspect work for accuracy, craftsmanship, and consistency
- Coach teams early to avoid rework and delays
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements
- Ensure daily safety huddles and toolbox talks are completed by Area Managers
- Ensure proper PPE, tool use, and equipment handling
- Address and document safety concerns promptly with EHS team

Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on carpentry experience (framing and finish)
- 4+ years in a lead, foreman, or superintendent role
- Modular or off-site construction experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Comfortable using tablets and digital reporting tools
- Strong blueprint and detail-reading skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

The Test Solutions (TS) Effectors Center (TSEC) within the Hardware Engineering Discipline is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing Production and Engineering test equipment solutions for all Raytheon products. We are hands-on designers using the latest technology and tools and integrating state-of-the-art software solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world. TS products are in engineering labs, in the field, and in factories and production testing environments utilized for testing weapon system products. TS has job opportunities across all phases of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, early engineering tests, design verification tests, production, and post-production sustainment.

This Principal Engineer hardware position is focused on supporting and driving the design, development, integration, and maintenance of electronics as a part of on-site factory support of test systems to support weapon system product development and deliveries. The selected candidate will support and drive the development of electrical designs, Interconnect designs, electrical system analysis and integrated development environment specified by the factory solutions and the TSEC organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Prioritize and handle several engineering tasks concurrently
  • Lead small teams of Electrical Hardware design engineers in support of complex cabling, test chassis or test system solutions
  • Develop both engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis
  • Lead the troubleshoot of hardware and test equipment instrumentation in Factory Test Platform solutions
  • Work and coach/lead in a multidiscipline engineering team environment

Qualifications You Must Have:

Position Overview

The Asphalt Paving Crew Technician is aย hands-on, full-scope field roleresponsible for supporting all aspects of asphalt paving, maintenance, and site preparation.

At Proper Paving,ย crew technicians are not hired for a single task. This position requires reliability, flexibility, steady effort, and a team-first mindset. Crew Technicians are expected to help wherever needed to keep production moving safely, efficiently, and professionally.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to grow their skills in paving and equipment operation.

Core Responsibilities


General Paving & Site Duties

  • Follow instructions given by the foreman and production leadership
  • Place hot mix asphalt using shovels, lutes, and other hand tools
  • Shovel, rake, sweep, and level asphalt, gravel, and dirt
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite throughout the day
  • Set up and maintain traffic control as required
  • Assist with layout, measurements, and grade control as directed


Equipment Operation (Training Provided)

  • Operate commercial paving equipment such as:
  • Rollers
  • Skid-steers with various attachments (broom, miller, bucket, etc.)
  • Sweepers and other small equipment
  • Perform basic equipment checks and cleaning
  • Assist with equipment maintenance as directed


Site Preparation & Repair

  • Prepare parking lots, driveways, and roads for paving
  • Clean, sweep, blow, and remove debris
  • Assist with patching and repair work
  • Use hand tools such as sledgehammers, picks, and shovels
  • Assist with excavation and prep using skid-steers or mini excavators (as trained)


Sealcoating & Maintenance Support

  • Clean parking lots prior to sealing
  • Assist with crack cleaning and crack filling
  • Apply sealcoat using hand squeegees
  • Assist with striping operations as needed


Attendance, Conduct & Expectations (Non-Negotiable)

  • Reliable attendance is required
  • Excessive call-outs are not acceptable
  • Phone use is limited to designated breaks
  • Gambling, substances, or distractions on the job are prohibited
  • Complaining, gossip, or negative talk on the jobsite is not tolerated
  • Respect for foremen, coworkers, equipment, and the public is required
  • Safety is mandatory at all times


Skills & Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Prior outdoor labor experience required
  • Experience working in extreme heat and cold preferred
  • Asphalt or construction experience is a plus, but not required


Licensing

  • Valid driverโ€™s license in good standing required
  • CDL is a plus, not required


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Ability to identify surface defects and quality issues
  • Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors
  • Ability to learn new tasks and equipment
  • Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to use Google Maps and app-based timekeeping systems

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry 50โ€“90 lbs regularly

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Lead at Home Weather, located in Lawrence, MA. The Crew Lead will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of the crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. Daily tasks will include assigning duties, monitoring work quality, ensuring safety protocols are followed, providing on-the-job training, and resolving any issues that arise. The Crew Lead will also be responsible for maintaining communication with management and clients to provide updates on project progress.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a crew performing home performance work such as insulation, air sealing, blower door testing, and HVAC efficiency measures.
  • Review work orders and ensure materials, tools, and equipment are ready for each job.
  • Conduct on-site safety briefings and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Monitor progress to ensure work meets quality assurance, program, and inspection standards.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate crew members to improve efficiency and workmanship.
