This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, advisors, and business partners, providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with service requests, account questions, and basic issue resolution while educating clients and advisors on company systems, processes, and policies.

MUST HAVE: Participate in a company-sponsored training program to prepare for and obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients and advisors to assist with account questions, money movement requests, trades, and general service inquiries.
• Research and resolve customer issues, open service cases, and escalate more complex problems when needed.
• Educate clients and advisors on company systems, policies, and self-service tools.
• Process routine service transactions and respond to information requests using internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues and improve the customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 0–1 year of relevant experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain information clearly and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass background and FINRA verification checks

What you will be doing as a General Service Technician

· Mounting/dismounting, installation and inspection of auto and light truck tires

· Tire repair and wheel balancing

· Tire rotations

· Oil Changes

· Routine Maintenance

· Brake inspections

· Loading/unloading and storage of products

Job duties

• *Perform work in office services, primarily reprographics, mail and intake functions according to established procedures.
• *Follow procedures to run jobs in proper order.
• *Communicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issues.
• *Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.
• *Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Prioritize workflow.
• Performs Quality Assurance on own and work of others.
• Load machines with various paper, toner, supplies.
• Answer telephone, emails, and place service calls when needed.
• Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically.

The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $23.00 / hour. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
