AI Platform Architect Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and configuration of AI-driven workflows that help automate healthcare administrative and clinical processes.
• Work with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into scalable workflow solutions.
• Assist in building and configuring automation workflows within a healthcare AI platform.
• Help gather and document business requirements, workflow logic, and integration needs.
• Support the development of workflows that leverage healthcare data from multiple sources including EHR systems, APIs, and other integrations.
• Assist with mapping and validating healthcare data such as patient demographics, appointments, forms, and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with integration and engineering teams to support connections between healthcare systems and automation platforms.
• Participate in workflow testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Help identify and troubleshoot issues related to data flow, workflow execution, and system integrations.
• Support project teams by preparing documentation, tracking progress, and assisting with implementation timelines.
• Help train client users on new workflows and support adoption of automation solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and workflow designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• US work authorization (This position is not open to any H1B /F1/ H-4 EAD OPT/STEM degrees)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand workflows and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Basic understanding of healthcare technology concepts such as APIs, data integrations, or electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Internships or research project work are highly desired in a healthcare setting

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of any given project. Additionally, the Project Manager ensures budget and deadlines are met and consistent with project standards.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Create a Schedule of Values for our pay applications and submit to the General Contractor.
• Analyze the construction schedule and create a schedule for submittals, material ordering and estimated field labor durations & project completion.
• Create submittals for doors, frames and hardware from architectural plans and specification.
• Manage and respond to electronic contractual changes (RFI’s, PC’s, Etc.). Quote changes that affect our material and/or labor cost. Distribute Change Order Due letters to the contractor.
• Order materials (Purchase orders) from approved submittals for timely delivery according to the construction schedule or as agreed upon with the contractor for billed and stored material.
• Support the Performance Door project field supervisor for the timely delivery of materials according to the construction schedule. Send field use drawings periodically reflecting updated schedules incorporating project revisions.
• Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
• Actively pursue contractual “Change Orders” from “price and proceed” CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
• Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.
• Other job duties and responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will support new and expansion sales for MackinVision, our Library & Asset Management SaaS platform.

This role works closely with Mackin, our primary US reseller and a market-leading provider of K–12 library solutions, including collaborating with their State Sales Representatives throughout the sales process. You will:

• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentations, nurturing, and closing.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations and deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations to district, library, and IT stakeholders.
• Contribute to RFP responses where required.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and contribute to monthly and quarterly forecasting.
• Build credibility with decision-makers by understanding operational challenges and clearly articulating value.
• Stay current on product capabilities and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with Mackin State Sales Representatives to progress opportunities.
• Ensure a smooth transition from closed deal to implementation handover.

About You

• 1 – 3 years’ experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales.

Qualifications (What we need to see):

• You have hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment is required.
• You have experience with systems development and testing, including formulating system level requirements, test specifications and test results.
• Hands on experience using Oscilloscopes and DVM analysis tools and equipment is preferred.
• You are able to use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and calipers.
• You work effectively across different functional teams in different locations.
• You demonstrate excellent written and oral interpersonal skills in English.
• You demonstrate excellent organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization.
• You are dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or sterile compounding environments. Overall experience in the ball park of over 15 years.
• Demonstrated experience leading construction or expansion of GMP-regulated manufacturing facilities.
• Direct experience with cleanroom builds (ISO 7/8 and higher classification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP regulations and 503B outsourcing facility requirements.
• Experience managing modular construction projects preferred
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project and/or other project management software.
• Proven ability to manage multi-vendor, cross-functional projects with aggressive timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Life Sciences, or related field (PMP certification preferred).

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience building or remediating a 503B outsourcing facility.
• Experience preparing facilities for FDA inspection.
• Familiarity with Charleston, SC permitting and construction environment.
• Background in sterile injectable manufacturing.
