Role:
The Technical Product Manager, Functional AI, will lead the definition and delivery of AI solutions that transform our core business functions, including Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and others. This role bridges functional expertise and technical execution—partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities, shaping requirements into scalable AI solutions, and ensuring adoption that delivers measurable value. Responsibilities:
Product Management & Business Partnership:

- Contribute to solution architecture discussions, ensuring designs are scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to validate functionality against requirements, proactively evaluate feature effectiveness and accuracy, and resolve scope or design ambiguities to ensure product quality and alignment with user needs.
- Support testing, pilot deployment, and adoption efforts, incorporating user feedback into iterative improvements.
- Document and communicate lessons learned, value metrics, and impact stories to demonstrate business outcomes.
Value & Impact Measurement:
- Define success metrics and measurable outcomes for each AI initiative in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Data Analytics team to design and maintain value tracking reports and dashboards.
- Monitor adoption, efficiency gains, and ROI, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Present value realization updates to leadership, ensuring clear visibility into the business impact of AI solutions.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in technical product management with a minimum of 2 years in AI-related products.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or associated quantitative fields.
- Have proven experience and knowledge of corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc.)
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills—comfortable running discovery sessions, white-boarding with PMs, and demoing prototypes to senior leaders.

Position Summary
The Property Deployment Strategist plays a critical role in the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of our self-guided touring solutions across multifamily communities. This role is primarily responsible for designing, building, and configuring self-guided tours, ensuring each property delivers a seamless, intuitive, and conversion-optimized prospect experience.
Working hands-on with our proprietary software and design tools such as Figma and Canva, the Property Deployment Strategist creates and deploys tours, conducts regular on-site property visits to walk communities and validate tour paths, collaborates with client teams, monitors early performance KPIs, and executes quality assurance to support long-term adoption by leasing staff and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Tour Deployment

Client Relationship & Collaboration
- Act as the primary onboarding liaison, building strong partnerships with client leadership and on-site teams.
- Partner with the Property Success Manager to help clients achieve maximum conversion potential by analyzing lead behavior, tour outcomes, and follow-up strategies within the first 45 days of deployment.
- Participate in onboarding check-ins, adoption reviews, and performance presentations to client stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role is measured by:
- Implementation Efficiency: % of launches completed on time and error-free.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and developing high-performing teams
- College degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Proficiency in retail/technology systems (POS, timekeeping, inventory), Google Workspace, and mobile tools
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

About the Job:
The Buyer is responsible for managing the end-to-end retail merchandising process, including product selection, vendor negotiations, and inventory planning. This role plays a key part in executing the company’s buying strategy by ensuring that product assortments meet customer demand and align with brand and financial objectives. They may also lead and mentor junior-level buyers, providing guidance and support in daily operations and development.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
- Lead the product selection process for a specific category or even a broad range of categories. They develop buying strategies that align with the company’s business goals and customer preferences.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals for the company. Manage these relationships and ensure that suppliers meet performance expectations. • Control the buying budget, ensuring that purchases align with financial targets.
- Monitor the profitability of the products selected and make adjustments to the assortment as needed.
- Forecast demand for products, adjust inventory levels based on sales trends, and manage stock to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer behavior to make informed decisions about the product mix.
- Stay ahead of trends and make strategic decisions based on data and intuition.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and supply chain teams, to ensure that their purchasing strategies are well integrated across the company.

We’re looking for a full-time Technical Cofounder or Founding CTO to own Closai’s technical architecture end-to-end and help define the standard for order intelligence. This is a hands-on role. You’ll architect, code, and ship alongside the founder, while shaping the long-term technical vision of the company.
