We are looking for a strong L2+ Production Support Engineer to support and enhance critical applications in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with cloud technologies, and diving into code—this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications
Troubleshoot issues across application and cloud environments
Perform minor code fixes and enhancements
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments
Collaborate with Dev, QA, and DevOps teams
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Production Support (L2/L3)
Hands-on with GCP or LUMI
Strong knowledge of GraphQL APIs
Experience with CI/CD and GitHub
Working knowledge of Kotlin and/or React (for debugging & enhancements)
Ability to understand and modify code
Nice to Have:
Cloud-native application experience
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
