Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring for Senior Product Review Engineers (Liaison Engineers) to join the 787 Production Engineering team located in North Charleston, SC.

This position includes a 9-to-12-month Boeing Training Rotation Program and will require a flexible schedule, which may involve assignments on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, as well as occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays based on business needs.

The Product Review Engineers will perform/support troubleshooting, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) technical analysis, and provide solutions to non-conforming products. They will work directly with cross functional and production engineering teams to meet production program objectives.

This position involves daily exposure to a factory environment which includes stairs, trip hazards, high noise areas, chemical hazards (breathing and handling), and entering airplanes during their many stages of building.

Reviews the supervisors work performance periodically and give the supervisors feedback on how their work compares to expectations throughout the year. Makes suggestions on the timelines and quality of their work. Provide the supervisors with the tools and training they need to meet the expected performance.
  • Inspects operating machines and equipment to conform to operational standards. Ensures preventive maintenance occurs on all systems and buildings as scheduled and according to manufacturer's recommendation or best standard. Manages the assignment of unplanned work requests to maximum customer satisfaction and the most efficient utilization of department resources. Functions as a resource to the assigned teams to assist them in the work they perform.

  • Provide ongoing clinical coaching and support to Wellness Directors and clinical teams across Galerie Management communities.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, offering guidance on best practices in resident care, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of clinical experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.
  • Experience serving in a clinical leadership role such as Wellness Director, Assistant Wellness Director, or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of state regulations governing assisted living and memory care.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly between communities.


Preferred

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience supporting multiple communities or regional clinical operations.
