A day in the life as a Sales Associate...

The company is actively seeking a seasoned and innovative Principal Product Manager to lead our Accounts Payable, Suppliers domains and join Fin Tech product management team based in Austin. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the development of deliver a roadmap for financial systems convergence and app rationalization, solutions that support our stores, optimize operational processes, and elevate the overall customer experience.
This Team Member will design, develop, and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release and end of life. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modification, upgrades, and maintenance of the product or product line.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Telecommunications Systems Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business.
This position will provide opportunities to lead portions of very large and complex projects as a telecom scope owner working in conjunction with other telecom design professionals and supporting design staff while collectively producing challenging design packages. This is done in coordination with architects and other discipline engineers / design leads all under one design team.
You will interface directly with our client counterparts to design these facilities to meet their needs. Our teams leverage AutoCAD and Revit MEP design software to create fully coordinated 3D models across all disciplines (C,S,A,M,E,P,T,I,L).
Through a mixture of full 3D BIM delivery, construction specifications and 2D sheets, you will help lead the design of everything from Outside Plant (OSP) to inter / intra-building backbone distribution systems, communication room layouts, rack elevations, wired & wireless device plans and cable schedules.
All facets of the designs and calculations will be completed in accordance with the NEC, applicable TIA and other industry standards as well as Client and/or the client specifications as applicable.
Qualifications:

- Two-year technical degree or four-year non-technical degree
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in telecommunications design and construction industry
- Knowledge & application of telecommunications industry association (TIA) standards

What You'll Do- Onboard with velocity & vision: Guide customers to their first \"aha\" moment in Clay, ensuring fast time-to-value while positioning Clay as a long-term strategic lever.
- Be a growth partner: Act as an extension of our customers' GTM teams by co-creating new plays, uncovering fresh use cases, and helping them stay ahead of their competitors.
- Drive ongoing adoption & expansion: Continuously identify opportunities for Clay across sales, revops, marketing, and CX, expanding Clay's footprint within the org.
- Shape renewal outcomes: By driving outsized value, ensure every customer sees Clay as indispensable, leading to strong renewals and multi-team expansions.
- Influence our roadmap: Synthesize patterns from enterprise accounts and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to bring customer-driven innovation to Clay.
- Build new programs from scratch: Design scalable frameworks, playbooks, and initiatives for future Enterprise customers.

The entry level Bench/Hydro role is responsible for removing irregularities, surplus metal-ragged edges, burrs, etc., from parts.
Principal Activities
- Prepare for and test subject parts to varying pressures
- Remove burrs, fins, core wire, sand, and irregularities from unmachined surfaces of various parts by filing, grinding
- Clean/wash parts
- Use hand and power grinders, scrapers, files, buffing equipment, vibratory tumbling machine, and media
- High pressure washer, holding, and clamping devices, wrenches, pressure gages, water, air, sealing solutions, hoist-operated cranes, and other lifting equipment
- Utilize multi-function electric or air-crane (where available) to lift, move, load, and unload parts to perform work center functions
- Properly fill out all paperwork and keep good housekeeping
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Required to follow written and verbal instructions
- Self-driven and able to self-manage
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Lift, pull, push. Continuously, walk/move from one machine to as many as three
- Physically, load and unload parts
Education & Experience
- 1 - 3 years of manufacturing and/or machining experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Fill bag racks
Unload shopping carts for customers.
Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place on the front end.
Assist cashiers in checking out customers as efficiently as possible.
Retrieve stray carts from parking lot.
Keep work station and all areas around work station neat and clean.
Assist in stocking of milk and eggs.
Assist customers in locating product.
Never carry on a conversation with another associate while bagging an order.
Know and understand the ValuCard program and be able to explain it.
Assist in sweeping and mopping all areas of store.
Keep bathrooms neat and clean.
Assist in keeping parking lot and shopping carts litter free.
Work parcel pick-up area as directed.
Replace misplaced items to the proper location.
Collect trash and bale boxes and needed.
Proper usage of intercom.
Know and understand shelf tags in order to assist in price changes.
Stock merchandise.
Others duties may be assigned as needed.
