Position Overview:

Cardboard Vault is looking for dynamic and engaging individuals to join our team as Live Stream Hosts / Sports Card Breakers . You'll be the face of our brand during live streams—opening packs, interacting with the audience, and creating an exciting experience for our collectors.

* Host live card-breaking streams on platforms such as TikTok, Whatnot, YouTube , and others.
* Provide energetic, knowledgeable commentary while opening sports card packs and boxes.

* Handle and showcase cards professionally, ensuring they are sorted, sleeved, and shipped accurately .
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of sports, players, and card values to connect with collectors.
* Collaborate with the team to develop creative promotions, marketing ideas, and stream content .
* Maintain professionalism, positivity, and brand integrity during all live sessions.

Heart Failure Cardiologist - Utah Valley Hospital, Provo, UT
When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.”
About this role:
As a Heart Failure Cardiologist, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will work closely with ~40 cardiology physicians and APPS along with other specialists to provide comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient. Your commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care will help advance our mission of improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.
- This is a program build for Heart Failure at Utah Valley Hospital that will house ECMO and VAD patients
- Your schedule would be 5 days per week
- You would have the support of 2 APPs
- Call is shared with another group until the Heart Failure program grows

Compensation: Our generous compensation package starts with a base salary of $718,000, CME up to $4500 annually, a $30,000 starting bonus, and up to a $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable).

JOB SUMMARY
The Fire Services Director (“Director”) reports to the Commissioners Court and receives day-to-day direction from the County Judge. He or she is responsible for the strategic direction, development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive programs relating to fire safety, emergency preparedness, and non-law enforcement public safety. He or she ensures compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards while promoting a safe environment for all personnel, stakeholders, and citizens. The Director serves as the primary liaison with fire departments, emergency responders, law enforcement, regulatory agencies, Commissioners, and the media.
SUPERVISION
The Director reports to the "Court" and receives day-to-day direction from the County Judge. He or she supervises the County’s officials in charge of Fire Protection and Emergency Services, and supervises logistical and administrative staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in fire safety, emergency management, and/or public safety, including supervisory experience.
- Associate’s degree or higher in Emergency Management, Fire Science, Criminal Justice, Public Safety, Public Administration, or Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Required Certifications
- CPR certification AHA or Red Cross
- Texas DSHS EMT certification
- Texas Commission on Fire Protection Basic Firefighter Certification required, or SFFMA Firefighter I and II Certification
- Valid Class A/B Texas driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
The Director must be able to perform the following essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. - Plans, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates Emergency Management operations.
- Ensures the coordination of emergency management systems during emergency and disaster operations and effectively manages all phases of emergency activities.
- In emergencies, coordinates preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery programs with local, state and Federal officials; coordinates emergency information and mutual aid resources and takes action as necessary; arranges for the effective use of ad hoc task force teams and other expert advisory councils, as necessary and appropriate.
- Takes part in emergency and disaster operations; plans, coordinates, evaluates, recommends, and applies procedures during all phases of emergency management for mitigation, response, relief, and recovery.
- Coordinates with the 911 Department to ensure that all location addresses in the unincorporated areas of the County are assigned and routed to the correct fire and EMS service areas when a 911 call is made.
- Develops and adapts strategies for the transfer of emergency management information; provides planning assistance to local, state, and Federal agencies; develops efficient procedures for risk assessment; develops emergency planning standards and reviews criteria for compliance with the standards.
- Assists as needed regarding mass public gatherings; participates in EMTF and other state asset emergency management teams.
- Serve as directed and informs the public/media during emergency events.
- Plans, conducts, and evaluates emergency drills and exercises in coordination with public service agencies, including rural, volunteer, and municipal fire departments, as well as State/Federal partners; develops and maintains effective training, response, and preparedness programs for fire and emergency incidents; manages operations and resources to meet program goals by organizing workloads, assigning staff, training and motivating volunteers, and monitoring progress to implement necessary improvements.
- Plans and implements programs to effectively carry out policies and goals; reviews departmental performance and effectiveness; reports on operations, outcomes, and strategic initiatives to the Commissioners Court; and engages with elected/appointed officials, emergency management personnel, community leaders, and the public regarding all aspects of the Department’s activities and services.
- Coordinates the preparation and presentation of an annual budget for Emergency Management and Fire Services; plans for and reviews specifications for new or replaced equipment. Develops, recommends, and administers the annual budget and forecasts funds needed for equipment, materials, supplies, and staffing. Monitors expense, approves needed funds, and plans for budget purposes.
- Consults with local, State, and Federal officials on policy, regulations and legislation, and ensuring adherence to State and Federal statutes, regulations and guidelines.
- Prepares and delivers presentations to Court, departmental leadership, advisory boards, civic organizations, and the general public, including presentations on fire prevention, arson investigation, and emergency management programs as needed or requested. Collects, interprets, and analyzes data to develop studies, reports, and supporting documentation for departmental planning, performance evaluation, and informed decision-making, including annual reports and other materials as directed. Communicates data and findings in clear, language for a wide range of audiences. Formulates, advises and presents recommendations (including burn ban declarations and limitations on the sale and use of certain types of firework recommendations) impacting departmental programs and county policies, including the development of alternatives and solutions to support legislative, regulatory, and operational initiatives.
- Performs county audits of all homeland grant equipment and emergency management equipment.
- Researches, prepares, and submits grant applications for private, State, and Federal funding for the County’s Emergency Management and Homeland Security projects; administers grant projects and programs.
- Represents Washington County on various advisory committees (HSAC, Regional Interoperable Communication, BVRAC, etc.), and provides County input and assistance by service on various public safety, fire, EMS, and emergency management committees with local, regional, state, and federal government entities and other public agencies to ensure coordinated preparedness and response efforts.
- Attends conferences and meetings to keep abreast of current trends in the field; represents the County Emergency Management Department in a variety of local, county, state and other meetings.
- Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Position: Site Security Manager
Reports To: Datacenter Physical Security Campus Security Manager

SUMMARY:
The Site Security Manager (SSM) serves as the day-to-day manager of a site security team that includes administrative officers, responders, and other security personnel at a client’s datacenter. The SSM is responsible for building a cohesive and high performing team. Reporting directly to the Campus Security Manager (CSM), the SSM works alongside other security team managers in their campus to ensure a safe and secure environment. Additional job functions may include client service and problem resolution, service enhancement, Security Operations Center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, system monitoring, log maintenance, and access rights maintenance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Actively manages site security personnel; partners with the local branch to recruit and hire, oversee onboarding, training, and development at the datacenter.
2. Coaches security personnel and carries out disciplinary actions in accordance with current policy.
3. Ensures all responders and control room supervisors adhere to policies and standard operating procedures, acting as responder or control room supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff.
4. Ensures site health and key performance indicator goals are met or exceeded; works with the CSM to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.
5. Conducts recalling audits, prepares, and submits critical and confidential information directly to client management team.
6. Oversees site security systems to ensure safe and compliant operation of the facility.
7. Maintains and troubleshoots on-site security technology.
8. Assists with site equipment inspections, and audit compliance.
9. Maintains required security documentation, ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures.
10. Serves as primary point of contact to datacenter management and security personnel when the CSM is unavailable.
11. Performs additional tasks assigned by management.
12. Keeps management informed of major accomplishments, issues and concerns.
13. Identifies security shortfalls and offers suggestions from improving the security program.
14. Evaluates and escalates potential safety issues within the facility.
15. Required to know and follow safe work practices, and to be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety, including safety rules and regulations. Notify supervisor upon becoming aware of unsafe working conditions.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses a minimum of 5+ years of estimating experience and work experience in the restoration, insurance, and remediation field, with responsibilities for estimating large commercial and/or residential complex losses. Large loss Insurance Adjusters with strong experience in the construction industry can also be a great fit. Estimators with expertise in reconstruction projects, mitigation, restoration, appraisal, roofing, or equivalent fields are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interfaces with clients and project representatives - adjusters, brokers, insurers, etc.
- Schedule and perform field inspections and necessary site visits to evaluate the scope of work/damage.
- Estimates medium to large commercial and residential projects using Xactimate, Cotality, RS Means, or other estimating software.
- Documents, reviews, and analyzes; schedules, contracts, change orders, correspondence, daily reports, meeting minutes, monthly reports, and any additional documents related to the project/file.
- Provide technical direction to other consultants, interacting and supporting their files.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to help develop new business opportunities and continue to nurture and strengthen existing client relationships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience and accomplishments in the restoration industry, in lieu of a degree may suffice.
- Relevant experience in the restoration and/or restoration contracting field specializing in working with insurance companies, with responsibilities related to scheduling, project management, and estimating.
- Proficiency in working with Xactimate, Cotality, RS Means, or other estimating software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word with strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality expert reports.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Able to meet deadlines while being detail-oriented.
- Strong independent work ethic and leadership skills and qualities.

Position description
The Department of Music at the University of California, Berkeley, is generating an applicant pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach a range of performance courses in the Music Department.
These courses include, but not limited to the following:
Music 141 "University Symphony Orchestra"
Music 143 "Gospel Chorus"
Music 144 "University Chorus"
Music 145 "University Chamber Chorus"
Music 149 "University Baroque Ensemble"
Music 141: UCB Symphony Orchestra rehearses twice per week and performs six times per semester.
Music 143: Focuses on the performance of choral music of the African American gospel music tradition with a particular emphasis on contemporary performance techniques. The Gospel Chorus, as is the case with other formal University music performance ensembles, will prepare music to be presented to the public in at least two concerts each semester. Students will be selected for the chorus on the basis of individual auditions.
Music 144: Performs music primarily from the 17th to the 20th centuries including works for chorus and orchestra.
Music 145: A smaller mixed chorus that aims at a professional standard of ensemble singing and explores the lesser-known choral repertory.
Music 149: The performance of Renaissance and Baroque music for voices and instruments.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, general duties include office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (e.g., syllabus), and interacting with students outside of class time via email and/or bCourses. Some courses may require supervision of discussion sections taught by graduate students.
