Job Summary
The Unit Service Technician provides a broad range of care and services to patients, including but not limited to, EKG, phlebotomy, blood glucose monitoring, completing EKGs, applying simple dressings, using aseptic technique and responding to medical emergency situations utilizing Heartsaver CPR and AED skills, patient transport and securing equipment and supplies under the supervision of Nursing Supervisor. They will provide safe accurate transportation of patients throughout the hospital. They will perform 1:1 sitting when necessary. The Night Float Unit Service Technician will also assure the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model in an environment that exemplifies best practice.

Essential Functions:
Provision of a Safe Environment:
- Utilizes proper body mechanics in moving and assisting patients to prevent personal injury.
- Assists in the application of restraints under the direction of the provider. Follows and maintains restraint policies under supervision of licensed nurse.
- Anticipates and identifies patient safety risks in cooperation with licensed nurse and take appropriate action.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the location of emergency equipment.
- Delivers back up Code Cart to area upon Code Blue announcement. Stands by in a Code Blue to assist in equipment retrieval and patient transport. Restocks back up Code carts as necessary.
- Rounds and returns loose oxygen cylinders to appropriate storage areas.
- Clears hallways of clutter.
Organizational Ethics:
- Interacts with patients, families and staff in a professional manner, projecting a positive public image.
- Respects and supports a culturally diverse staff and patient population.
- Delivers care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to and demonstrates respect for patient diversity.

- Efficiently organizes time and prioritizes requests for service based on urgency.
- Cleans equipment as needed.
- Delivers linen to units as requested.
- Disposing of trash, soiled linens, medical waste and disposable items, appropriately and as necessary.
- Provides assistance to co-workers, as requested.
- Is flexible and adapts to changing patient and department needs including, but not limited to, offering assistance to other team members and adjusting assignments.
Management of Information:
- Reviews and is knowledgeable of appropriate policies, procedures and work rules.
- Demonstrates an understanding of hospital emergency codes and how to call a code.
- Utilizes hospital E-mail to access staff meeting minutes, notices and memos.
- Reads and reviews meeting minutes and clinical updates.
- Participates in staff meetings and appropriate in-services.
- Maintains timely ongoing verbal communication with RN throughout the shift, regarding patient condition including, the status of completing delegated tasks. Recognizes and notifies RN immediately of any significant change in a patient's condition and/or monitoring alarms (for example: change in vital signs, change in patient's mental status, complaints of pain, abnormal blood sugar, patient fall or other injury, patient concerns with care).
- Accurately collects and records patient data (vital signs, intake and output, blood sugar, weights, restraint care/monitoring, other) and complies with hospital documentation standards to ensure a complete and accurate patient record.
Collaborative Interdisciplinary Care:
- Maintains and fosters a teamwork approach to patient care.
- Transports patients and equipment throughout the hospital as requested. Uses appropriate safety techniques and body mechanics when moving patient. Remains with the patient or ensures patient is attended by staff when off other home unit. Stretcher is cleaned after every transport with an antibacterial as provided in the department.
- Delivers specimens to laboratory as needed, following proper procedures related to the handling of specimens during transport, as requested by staff.
- Strictly practices Standard Precautions. Checks with nursing staff for specific instructions if necessary.
- Performs the transportation of the deceased to the morgue in a respectful manner. Always uses proper morgue stretcher and is accompanied by a second escort.
- Performs technical duties including EKG and phlebotomy under the supervisor of a licensed Nurse.
- Obtains lab specimens as requested by Nursing Supervisor.
- Obtains labs for in-house draws on 11p-7a shift for 1am and 4am rounds, in accordance with lab policy.
- Adheres to laboratory policy and procedure when retrieving lab specimens including the proper labeling of all specimens.
- Performs EKG's as requested by nursing/provider and obtains old EKG's in MUSE system.
- EKG's are brought to provider for immediate review upon completion.
- Assist providers with patient procedures as needed.
- Notification of need for repair of medical equipment to appropriate parties.
- Covers the switchboard operator function during breaks. Is able to appropriately perform the function including Code Blue and RRT notification.
Patient/Family Education:
- Addresses patient comfort and information needs by providing informative, non-clinical information to patients and families, orienting patients/visitors to the hospital, unit, patient room services.
- In collaboration with the licensed nurse, reinforces the patient education provided by the nurse and provides patients/families with basic patient care instruction, such as instruction for using the call light and safety requirements.
Competency:
- Complies with established practice standards, policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and regulations, (for example: DPH, JCAHO, Boston fire codes, OSHA).
- Maintains and demonstrates compliance with hospital and nursing competencies and care standards.
- Maintains competence in relation to a variety of technical skills that may include, but are not limited to, performing EKGs and blood glucose monitoring, applying simple dressings and Heartsaver CPR and AED skills.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
Licenses and Credentials: Experience as a medical technician or patient care assistant preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

General Summary Works alternately in two member service environments, branch and Call Center, to deliver highly accurate, consistent, friendly, and professional service. Responsible for processing financial transactions, responding to inquiries, fulfilling requests, and troubleshooting concerns. Determines member needs and recommends products and services by having conversations to deepen member relationships. Effectively and accurately utilize Credit Union's systems and resources.
Position Duties & Functions
- Performs general and vault teller functions such as receiving and cashing checks and cash for deposits, examining checks for endorsements, accepting and processing loan payments, cashing checks, and paying out money.
- Keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions, entering transactions into computer.
- Balances currency, coin, and checks.
- Processes non-monetary mail transactions including deposit verifications, address changes, check orders, statement questions, requests for copies, etc.
- Processes membership applications and collects initial deposits.
- As needed, removes deposits, counts and balances, and replenishes cash in automated teller machines and express drop boxes.
- Identifies member needs by reviewing account data and promotes new and additional products and services to enhance members' financial satisfaction. Completes a member profile questionnaire during member interactions.
- Identifies sales prospects and follows up on leads to adhere to both individual and branch sales targets as assigned.
- Participates in Business Development events and actively solicits new memberships and promotes additional products and services to existing members.
- Provides information on all Credit Union services, counsels members and prospective members in person or by phone on membership requirements and provides information on all savings and consumer loan products.

- Handles complex member requests and works in multiple workgroups, including Lending, ATM/Debit Card, Online/Mobile Banking, Foreign Currency, Wires and Outbound Service Calls.
- Processes all financial and account maintenance transactions performed by the Call Center such as fee reversals, transfers, check disbursements, loan payments, address and contact updates, check orders, stop payments, overdraft protection options, and automatic payment solutions. Proficient in sending information and form requests via secure electronic methods.
- Proactively engages member interest in Credit Union products and services. Demonstrates a strong working knowledge and creates the opportunity to make referrals or opens additional accounts.
- Educates members on how to reach financial goals, complex procedures, and self-serve options.
- Trouble-shoots and resolves member issues within assigned authority using resources available to ensure service level agreements are met. Escalates concerns when necessary to appropriate individuals in a timely manner serving as the member advocate.
- Identifies trends and system issues impacting members and reports to appropriate lines of business and management.
- Adheres to security and confidentiality protocols, operational procedures, and best practice guidelines.
- Documents member interactions accurately and clearly in our customer relationship management system.
Other Call Center Functions
- Completes required security and regulatory online training modules.
- Stays current with emails, knowledgebase, and Intranet content.
- Trains other agents and assists with answering questions on Zoom.

Position Requirements
Experience and Education
- 1 - 2 years' branch, call center, or related financial services or customer service experience required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to write and speak effectively in English using correct spelling and grammar.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to reflectively respond.
- Basic math skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages using a 10-key.

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle all front desk related activities including:
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
- Check members into the system.
- New member sign-up.
- Take prospective members on tours.
- Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

- Managing and maintaining litigation calendars, deadlines, and case schedules, including preparing reminders, alerts, and updates for attorneys.

What We're Looking For:

- Associate's degree or paralegal certification.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedure, motions, discovery, evidence, and court rules.
- Experience with electronic filing systems (e.g., CM/ECF for federal courts, state e-filing portals, One Legal, etc.).
- Familiarity with transactional matters and due diligence is a plus.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and cloud-based platforms.

The Inside Sales Representative serves as the centralized front line for all inbound and outbound demand generation supporting Greenwood Industries’ service and sales growth. This role is responsible for qualifying opportunities, generating net-new demand, promoting service and maintenance programs, and feeding high-quality, qualified pipeline to field sales teams. Inside Sales Representatives play a critical role in converting reactive inquiries and proactive outreach into sales-ready opportunities while maintaining consistent follow-up and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Intake & Customer Engagement
- Handle inbound service and sales inquiries from customers and prospects
- Serve as an initial point of contact for customers seeking repairs, inspections, or service information
- Provide a professional, responsive customer experience aligned with Greenwood Industries’ standard
Outbound Prospecting & Growth Activity
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to generate new demand
- Re-engage past customers to generate repeat service and inspection opportunities
- Support targeted outbound campaigns aligned with regional and company priorities
Program Promotion & GPA Enrollment Support
- Identify GPA-eligible accounts during inbound and outbound conversations
- Introduce Greenwood’s GPA program using approved messaging
- Capture required GPA data accurately in the CRM at time of lead capture
- Route enrolled or qualified GPA opportunities to the Sales Coordinator for onboarding and tracking as well as re-routing to Account Managers
- Support re-engagement campaigns for expiring GPA accounts with the Sales Coordinator
Opportunity Qualification & Conversion
- Qualify service requests and sales opportunities using defined qualification criteria
- Convert reactive service calls into proactive opportunities for repairs, inspections, and programs
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services, locations, or solutions during customer interactions
- Ensure only qualified, sales-ready opportunities are passed to Account Managers
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule inspections, site visits, and appointments for Account Managers
- Coordinate calendars and ensure accurate handoff of information to Account Managers
- Support efficient routing of leads to Account Managers while keeping the Director of Sales in the loop
Program Promotion & Support
- Promote Greenwood Industries’ service offerings, GPA, and Campus Care programs when applicable
- Support increased adoption of recurring revenue programs across all regions
CRM & Process Discipline
- Maintain accurate CRM records including activity, notes, scheduling, and follow-up tasks
- Ensure all customer interactions and opportunities are properly documented from an inside sales perspective
- Follow established CRM standards, workflows, and service intake processes
- Support data accuracy and visibility across sales and operations teams
