What You'll Do:
- Sell Vector Security residential and commercial solutions by proactively generating appointments with prospective and existing customers and ensuring offerings align with customer needs and company objectives.

Job Summary
Under general direction, the VP of Recruiting will monitor daily operations of the recruiting department and actively assist or provide direction to other recruiters. 40+ hours a week guaranteed, locations to vary, however the same days off will be pretty consistent. 1st Year Hourly Pay: $30.00 + $1.00/hour (uniform maintenance) = $31.00/hr

Job Description: Our Flex Officers are trained to work at every job site within SGT. This includes working mobile vehicle patrol. We depend on our Flex Officers to work a job site whenever there is a call off or a fire watch. Typical job site locations would be; San Francisco, Berkeley, Redwood City, Fremont, San Jose, Mountain View, etc.
The mobile vehicle patrol aspect of this job will have you driving all of the Bay Area in a marked security vehicle (picked up in Newark CA), which is usually a black Ford Explorer with light bar and spotlights. Officers visit many different properties throughout each night. Typical mobile patrol duties are to look for anything unusual, enforce parking rules, scan checkpoints, write detailed reports w/pictures, and respond to calls for service like an alarm or noise complaint.
Summary: Essentially we depend on our Flex Officers for just about everything. We are still a startup company so you must be "ALL IN" on this opportunity, which simply means you are dedicated to do whatever is needed to take care of our clients. Normally we work 8 hour shift, however sometimes this means working 12 hour shifts and working extra days to help cover open shifts. However, our goal is for everyone to be able to make great money and not have to work overtime on a regular basis.
Once a Flex Officer has been shown to be proficient at all SGT job locations, that officer may be promoted to Supervisor and a $2/hour increase in pay. Supervisors are then groomed to become managers.
Job Duties Including But Not Limited To:
- Drive from property to property in a marked security vehicle.
- Post check security officers for well being and uniform inspections.

What You Will Do:

- Perform engineering design and analysis for ride system networks, with focus on automation system architecture
- Design and test cyber security solutions and network architectures for ride systems

Required Qualifications & Skills

The hiring range for this position in California is $129,300 to $173,300. Position Overview
The unarmed, uniformed security officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment at a manufacturing facility. Officers assigned to this position will rotate through multiple security posts and duties throughout their shifts, providing access control, screening, patrol, and general site security support. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce site policies while maintaining positive interactions with employees, visitors, and contractors.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Post Rotation & Access Control
- Staff the main entry and exit points of the facility, controlling access to authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors
- Verify identification, badges, and access permissions in accordance with site policies
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper escort procedures are followed when required
- Monitor inbound and outbound traffic, including employee shift changes and deliveries
Weapons & Intellectual Property (IP) Screening
- Conduct screening procedures to prevent the unauthorized introduction or removal of weapons, restricted items, or protected intellectual property
- Enforce company policies related to prohibited items and controlled materials
- Report and document any violations, suspicious activity, or policy non-compliance
Roving Patrol & Facility Monitoring
- Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility interior and exterior
- Perform door, gate, and access-point checks to ensure all secured areas remain locked and controlled
- Monitor for safety hazards, suspicious behavior, and unauthorized access
- Observe and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns as needed
Surveillance & Incident Response
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and security systems when assigned
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or calls for service within the facility
- De-escalate situations professionally and in accordance with training and company policy
- Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
General Security Responsibilities
- Enforce company rules, site-specific security procedures, and safety policies
- Maintain a visible, professional presence while on duty and in uniform
- Provide customer-service-oriented support to employees and visitors
- Coordinate with site management, supervisors, and emergency responders as required
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid NC Private Protective Services Board security officer registration/license, as applicable
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Military and/or Law Enforcement
- Prior experience in security, manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environments
- Familiarity with access control systems, surveillance systems, or screening procedures
- Basic computer skills for reporting and log entry
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Unarmed, uniformed position
- Indoor and outdoor work in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Rotating posts and duties throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs as needed
Schedule
- 2-2-3, 12-hour shifts
- Shifts may include days, nights, weekends and holidays required
Overtime and flexible scheduling may be required based on operational needs.

We’re looking for a Senior Physical Security Design Consultant to join our team in Raleigh, NC.
This is not an IT, Information Security, or Cybersecurity position.
This is not a remote position. You will be expected to be physically present in our Raleigh office most days.
What experience should you have?
- Direct experience in designing, specifying, installing, repairing, and/or programming security systems old and new, such as AMAG, American Dynamics, Assa Abloy, Avigilon, Exacq, Genetec, Gunnebo, Hanwha, Honeywell, Lenel/S2, LifeSafety Power, Software House, Tyco, Zenitel and others.
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in security system engineering; or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education.
- Certification such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP), or the commitment to obtaining one within a year.
What do we need you to do?
- Primary responsibility: Review building architecture design documents and create security system designs, including security management systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, video surveillance systems, and related systems as needed.
- Assess the client’s physical security needs.
- Review architectural drawings and site plans.
- Create specifications for security systems and products.
- Provide technical assistance to the client during the bid and procurement process.
- Oversee construction and installation of security systems.
- Conduct system commissioning when systems are installed.
- Conduct in-depth physical security assessments for clients. This may include perimeter security, CPTED, lighting, vegetation, fencing, policies and procedures, security operations, security personnel and staffing, security culture and program, security technology, and other topics.
- Develop strategic security programs tailored to match our clients' business cultures.
- Develop security policies, strategies, and procedures for clients in line with security requirements.
- Manage and coordinate multiple integrated security projects simultaneously.
- Cultivate and sustain positive client relationships.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Develop and cultivate new business leads and opportunities through your network of contacts and relationships.
