Position Summary

As a Communications Designer, Global you are an important part of the creation of the most appropriate communications plan for your client to achieve their business goals. You are responsible for helping to strategize, produce and make sense of the key media, consumer and market intelligence required to your clients' connections plan. You have a passion for brands, media and ideas, and within the team are considered the go-to-person on the latest news and innovations going on in media.


In this role, you will develop, recommend, execute, and evaluate digital media plans from inception to completion with moderate oversight from the Manager. The Communications Designer should be able to work fairly independently once given project parameters, goals and budgets to develop a sound recommendation with clear rationale.


Responsibilities

  • Contributor to impactful communications plan development to meet client needs and deliver communications idea
  • Attend regular client status meetings, creative statuses and maintain on-going rapport
  • Analyze and provide clients with research data and media/marketing information; including real-time opportunities to ensure our clients are remaining competitive
  • Provide communications and audience intelligence and data inputs through the application of syndicated and proprietary systems for communications design goal setting and decision making
  • Provide partner selection recommendation and justification designed to deliver on client KPI's using the most sophisticated use of data and analytics, via multi-faceted, strategic partnerships, while delivering maximum strategic value and efficiency
  • Develop the RFPs and oversee the submission process with media partners
  • Develop industry and partner POV's with Manager's oversight
  • Oversee all production timelines, creative development and creative hand-offs to ensure campaign launches on time and without issue
  • Evaluate partner proposals, negotiate plan details, develop plan and ultimately present plan recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Oversee campaign implementation, optimization, and performance of campaign activities including authorizations, IO's, budgets, creative, reporting and the billing and reconciliation process
  • Manage all partner specific budget allocation, optimization, media partnership programs and added value details


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an integrated planning role in media, publisher/vendor, or communications discipline (digital, content)
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

The FIU BSA Intern will perform a variety of duties related to the operations of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) including:

  • Review and investigate transaction monitoring alerts generated by the Bank's financial intelligence systems, including the anti-money laundering (AML) management system, and other fraud and suspicious activity monitoring systems and reports.
  • Ensure that adequate case records are maintained according to regulatory requirements and bank policy.

The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $1,500 - $3,600 total per course. For an asynchronous Fixed Date Online course, this position is paid $150 - $170 per enrolled student and a reasonable estimate ranges from $1,200 - $3,400 total per course. Compensation may be shared among co-instructors depending upon the percentage of course content that each co-instructor teaches. Instructor compensation is determined by course length, number of units, enrollment, budgetary considerations, and other factors.

General Duties

Reporting to a Content Protection Lead, the Content Protection Business Analyst (CPBA) provides anti-piracy and brand protection support by monitoring and processing daily piracy alerts, triaging incidents, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, appropriate enforcement actions.

Job Summary

  • Lead the implementation and evolution of the client’s proprietary managed service systems that use network intelligence to maintain, optimize, and enhance customer networks.
  • This technical leadership role balances hands-on implementation with team coordination, process improvement, and product development to enable scalable and efficient operations.
  • Implement and support the network management systems that power the client’s managed services, including Ciena Navigator, Nokia WS-NOC, and NFM-P, along with related proprietary software platforms.
  • Deliver proactive lifecycle management through Managed Software Services (MSS), including remote upgrades, security patching, and platform maintenance across customer optical NMS environments.
  • Collaborate closely with the client’s software development and network engineering teams to identify and implement capabilities that leverage network intelligence data to proactively detect, communicate, and automatically resolve issues—transforming raw telemetry into actionable insights that prevent customer-impacting events network


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Network Intelligence and Service Delivery Optimization

  • Collaborate with software development and network engineering teams to identify and implement features that transform network telemetry into proactive issue detection, communication, and automated resolution
  • Drive automation and tooling improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Expand the internal knowledge base to accelerate implementation and troubleshooting
  • Develop reporting on service delivery metrics, upgrade pipelines, and resource utilization


Service Delivery & Technical Leadership

  • Lead delivery of Managed Software Services (MSS) – NMS upgrades, security patches, and maintenance – through direct execution or team delegation
  • Provide technical escalation and approve upgrade strategies, rollback procedures, and risk mitigation plans
  • Coordinate with customers' engineering and PM teams to manage scope changes, resolve delivery issues, and maintain high satisfaction
  • Stay current on vendor software releases, security vulnerabilities, and industry best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships for support, licensing, and technical escalations


Business & Operational Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for MSS and support quarterly business reviews
  • Support sales and account management to refine and close new MSS opportunities
  • Track operational budgets and drive profitability for MSS engagements
  • Define and track KPIs: upgrade success rate, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and team utilization

Team Development & Culture

QUALIFICATIONS


Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in network operations, managed services, or telecom service delivery with strong technical foundation in enterprise IT infrastructure

1. Linux/Windows environments, database management, virtualization platforms

  1. Lifecycle management: system updates, security patches, and firmware upgrades
  2. Administering storage arrays and ensuring RAID/disk redundancy is in place
  3. Managing software license files tied to NMS platforms
  4. Maintaining replication and backup jobs


  • 2+ years in leadership roles managing technical, service delivery teams
  • Working knowledge of optical networking technologies (DWDM, OTN) in relation to Network Management Systems (Ciena Navigator/MCP, Nokia WaveSuite, or similar platforms)
  • Proven track record delivering Managed Services with SLA commitments and customer satisfaction goals
  • Experience with remote service delivery models, maintenance window planning, and change management
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management framework and best practices
  • Vendor management and escalation experience with telecom equipment manufacturers and software providers

Compensation and Benefits:


The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 - $85,000 USD with a bonus target of up to 5% of the base salary.
